After NFS HP2, NFS died as to what it was all about and loved for. I still always look to the intro of NFS High Stakes in the Porsche 996 turbo and the Ricer/Tuner lining up at the lights and then at green the Porsche is gone, the tuner stalls and a whole plethora of exotics and sportscars races by in chase. Most Wanted was a good effort but even that still had a lot of new NFS DNA that wasn't wanted or needed. Such a shame and EA wasted the talents of Blackbox, they made arguably for some the best NFS ever in Hot Pursuit 2 but only the PS2 version because that was the version they did, the others; PC, Gamecube and Xbox were done by EA themselves and were crap in comparison. Yep well done EA you killed off the best arcade racer there was.

I saw your chat and just want to correct you about what you think Chrysler did with this car. 1) The Lamborghini Diablo was under development by Lamborghini under the Project 132 codename before Chrysler bought them. 2) The name Diablo is not from a Chrysler prototype, every Lamborghini since the early days has been named after some sort of association to Bull or the Bullfighting history and the Diablo is no different: The name 'Diablo' was in fact taken from a ferocious bull raised by the Duke of Veragua in the 19th century, it fought an epic battle with 'El Chicorro' in Madrid on July 11th 1869, this animal became legendary and it's well-known history and it's name were aggressive enough to be used for a Lamborghini. 3) Marcello Gandini designed the Diablo, Chrysler's design studio smoothed some edges and then it went back to more design changes at Lamborghini and Gandini. Chrysler basically stopped Project 132 from being cancelled and Lamborghini going under. Sorry SG but Chrysler had hardly anything to do with the actual designing, testing, engineering and of course the name.

At first I was wondering why it's labelled a Diablo 6.0 then I though it's a Diablo GT and of course that was a 6.0L, but apparently it's a Diablo 6.0 with GTR package. Hence the racing wing and the raw sound.

Instead of having all the JavaScript code for the forum embedded in the forum - thus page load increase and bandwidth hit - the JavaScript is now fed from Google's server. It's much faster, is always upto date and makes the forum load quicker than before. Plus it decreases load on the server which is the main reason for doing it.

Kal if it wasn't 2009 I would have said go for the Xbox 360, reason being, the community online is much better in it's features not it's respect or maturity though hence why getting a good friends list is paramount! Now why do I say to consider the PS3 now though? Well 3 main things tbh; Little Big Planet, Metal Gear Solid 4 (not sure if you're a fan of the MGS series) but most of all Killzone 2. This game has been called an "'H' killer" but imo it's so much better and beyond that because the gameplay isn't so run and gun, your character isn't a copy of Megaman and has super powers and from what I have heard it has more in common with the gameplay of Rainbow Six than your typical arcade shooter. It's more strategic, it's much more like a flim, it's got amazing effects and graphics because of these effects and the gameplay off and online looks just incredible. The other plus the PS3 is actual FFB support, so that Logitech wheel you might use will work (maybe not fully) with your games so no need to buy proprietary crap. I like my films also so the BD-DVD player would also be good for me. However would I buy one? Nope. Why? Well because the price will be down in the near future, and then, the PS3 will have a pretty decent catalogue of games FINALLY and of course GT5 will be about a year away from it's actual release. :cheeky: Alternatively you could buy a PS3, play Killzone 2, LBP etc and then sell it and buy the 360. :D

The simple matter guys is respect the modders wishes. If you want to more mods by that modder then annoying them is not the way to do it. Shy Guy you've been asked not to edit the original files tool has allowed for download so please respect these wishes. Otherwise the mods from him will just stop.

Also I was thinking this was more of a Customisation than an actual Model mod so realise that others may view things differently to yourself. Am I not right in thinking you can custom paint this car in the game anyway? I see the removal of the carbon bonnet/hood and the logos but is that only doable via ZModeler?
