It happens everywhere to be honest, you'll find maybe 20% of the community will be active and then there will be another 20% who will stop by and check stuff out maybe once or twice a month. No forum has more than 50% of it's memberbase being active unless it's new. As with a forum like ourselves, when new TDU info becomes available that when visitor spikes happen again, it's just the way it goes and in our case we're lucky to have such a good active following which makes this an enjoyable place to visit and participate in rather than just watch. I've even seen members with 0 or 1 posts who have played the arcade. lol

That was done as a promotional event for some Japanese fashion retailer iirc. It didn't stay that way and it got people talking about the retailer.

Nice email Balto, if anything you should add that TDU is ideal for the Bugatti Veyron as it is all about driving exotics around an exotic location while taking in the sights and sounds in fully modelled interiors and the extremely high caliber of modelling of the vehicles themselves. The Veyron is the pinnacle of luxury and supercar so much so that it's been labelled as something new altogether, a luxury hypercar. And to have given your licence to a game as mediocre and least respected as the current Need for Speed series is an upset to those of us who want to see and have been waiting a long time for this car to appear in a good driving game where the car is done justice rather than giving it NOS, a ugly bodykit and of course Tribal/Modern/Anime vinyls which just make the car look a complet joke. Also be sure to mention that obviously you might think the bias coming from yourself about another game is just sour grapes but truthfully I would rather the Veyron go to any other car game apart from the utter drivel that is the current Need for Speed series. Hope what EA paid was worth it.

Yeah I always say that HCm is more realistic in the weight and power delivery of the car making oversteer fairly controllable however it has chronic understeer, bad brakes and seems to think you're on Mars gravity wise.

I'm looking forward on the 360 and PS3 to; Condemned 2, TDU2 (maybe?), MC:LA, GT5, MGS4 and of course Alone in the Dark. This game is looking freaky as hell just like the old ones on the Mega Drive and beyond! http://www.centraldark.com
