I don't really care who is fronting it but they need to be likeable and convey the excitement or boredom they are feeling through to us the viewer. I know the others will start to gel unless egos get in the way, but Evans is just one of those people who you know will never change. Even when he was a guest on Top Gear and talked about his cars, he sounded more like one of those people who literally screws them, over someone who adores driving them.

Well it's not the most nimble is it so it's barge'ness is warranted.

Quite impressed to see BBC sharing this actually. I don't think he was critical of Evans enough though as he is the main issue imo and he will turn people away. Even the older Top Gear had its forced moments and areas where the acting was so hammed up but they could kind of save it. Evans though is just annoying and LeBlanc feels like he's in there just to appeal to the 'muricans too. Drop Evans, bring in Harris as the main, have LeBlanc as a sort of US Hammond and Sabine as a stern critical female May and it might take off. Haven't watched Extra Gear yet but it sounds like the other guy is good too so bring him in also. Four cars running the challenges could be a nice change. And if I had to rate the show I would give it a 5.5/10.

I actually like that even if you might not, the colour helps I think in that it is not the usual red.

BMW 5-series drivers hate him.

I haven't been following anything about the show, and have only seen just that which I have been unable to miss, such as the Cenotaph Mustang thing, Reliant Robins and the brief Viper ACR teaser BBC shows often. That's all I have seen of it.

Saw a pic of this incident tweeted yesterday - which I have shown below - and could not believe what I was seeing. Now the video has been released and it's even more astonishing seeing it in motion. Truly miraculous this did not end up more serious than it turned out to be. :eek: The unlucky driver flying through the air is Vaidyanathan, who caught massive air and barrel-rolled a number times due to some high-speed contact with Sisa Ngebulana during the British Formula 3 race at Outlon Park.

Haha I didn't even notice that in yours, though I did read it a few days ago. The stable thing is because I am a bit of a clutz, I often kick the sides of chairs, tables and door frames with my little toe (aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh!) and do the same with my elbows on the latter (not so bad when it's on the funny bone). Not to mention I casually fall over or almost fall over badly doing the most mundane of things and believe one day removing socks or opening curtains will put me in a hospital. And yeah, I thought of later models but they are bit more aggressive looking which is not me at all. :lol:

After a bit of a think between the random thoughts and things I should be thinking of I came to a conclusion that me as a car would be: A BMW M5 E39. - more behind it than at first sight - a bit mental - likes to make a noise - likes being around others - relatively dependable though is prone to moments that may put you in a ditch :evil: It was between this and a Audi RS6 Avant tbh, but my arse isn't that BIG! :p (plus I'm not stable enough to carry the grip of AWD)

Haha great question! Will need to think in-between my screaming at things that seems par for the course at the moment. I have one in mind but there may be something more suitable... more me I haven't got in my mind at the moment.

Aww damn, now you've gone and done it. :lol: I would say no as it's not a mainly racing/driving game, though it does contain large portions of being in a vehicle.

I've always found that to be true myself when you see on-board and in-car footage of the cars inches from one another at 200mph plus. Going around in circles for the most part just isn't that appealing though. Probably a good laugh with mates though.

Hey there, even though some of our members do own and have owned cars from Audi, chances are you would get an even better response on an actual Audi owners forum/page as we are not so much a dedicated automotive community than a gaming one that frequently talks about cars.
