TDU2 will give that classic TDU feeling when you are just cruising along with some good tune playing in the background. Couple that with the long wanted night and weather and TDU2 is a worthy successor to the original. It may not be the leap some were expecting but it's definitely worthy of being a sequel.

Yes it is, if you're a bit quicker in picking your character and doing the first drive within the time limit challenge then you may also get to the garage that holds you choice of starter cars!

Things can be changed after the release of a game these days, that's the great thing about games being online these days and such. No doubt TDU2 will be shaped by community feedback, don't forget how big an undertaking a game like this is, with every iteration they will learn from the previous and with the commitment TDU2 will be getting that TDU didn't it will make for a better game for sure. TDU2's hopeful success for Atari will mean the future is good for the series and also that support will be at the forefront for the game rather than left to fend for itself like before. Other developers and publishers will also probably learn from the mistakes and greatness of TDU2, it's what keeps them on their toes and us as consumers happy.

They don't show all the available cars in these trailers for some reason.

It does take time to progress in the game. That's a good thing!

Looks like a lot of European media got to preview the game this last week or so as Eurogamer Germany have posted up a preview now. More to come no doubt.

It's 3 weeks today that TDU2 is released in North America and 24 days for those of us outside so naturally the hype and media is coming and this appears to be the first of it. Thanks Inspiflo added them to the first post. Looks like the typical difference with the PS3 and Xbox 360 shows itself once more; contrast. PS3 always looks lighter for some reason.

The Japanese Magazine Publishers Association released the circulation numbers for Japanese manga magazines from its Magazine Data 2011 book on Friday. The data covers the period between October 1, 2009 and September 30, 2010. Of all the magazines, only Ultra Jump, Coro Coro Comic, Weekly Shonen Jump, Dragon Age, ASUKA, Ciel, and MELODY rose in circulation from last year. Two magazines, Weekly Comic Bunch and Deluxe Margaret, ended their runs or were revamped under a new title. The bestselling manga magazine, Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump, rose in circulation again from 2,809,362 copies to 2,876,459. However, its closest competitor, Kodansha's Weekly Shonen Magazine, dropped again from 1,650,205 to 1,571,063. Similarly, Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday dropped from 773,062 to 678,917. Shogakukan's Coro Coro Comic's circulation rose from 911,667 to 950,834. Ok guys, this is serious, this is the mother of all requests by us here at TDUCk but we feel you guys are ready for it and we really need your help. So without sugar coating it, we have to know. Which was/is better; Kerplunk or Connect 4.
