When in the cockpit it changes how quickly your driver looks around; ie 1x = extremely casual slow moving chilled out avatar being able to look all around the car, 5x = instant left and right with no room for up down or all around. Outside the car it will also lock the camera to that position so if you want some of that driving while looking at the side of your car action then you can have it. Welcome to Salami Hospital!

Can I just clear something regarding the distribution of the original files from the game itself? TDU modding isn't exactly encouraged by Atari or Eden Games but they let it pass but what they don't want is the possible distribution of their original files as this - even though most people here wouldn't - could be used to complete non-legit versions that have been acquired. The same with Megapack files and whatnot. There's the other added degree that I am a moderator at Atari Europe forums and that should sort of speak for itself. To address your other issues It's just a bit of fun, sure it would be good if people could use proper language for our international and translation users but at the end of the day we're about fun and to stop this sort of jokery that we're known for wouldn't be entirely fair. I'm not sure about this one, I haven't really seen many instances of this myself but if you see it happening then by all means message myself or one of the other staff and we'll check it out. Remember I have fairly strict rules for those who wish to become staff here so the staff picked are picked due to the way they represent, help and participate within this community. It's easy to spot those who want the title only for the power they think it would bring them. As cliche as it sounds, staff don't automatically get respect, they must earn it just the same as a regular member. I agree with you, there are instances where these retorts DO NOT help the situation and simply paint that member in a negative light. It's even more downheartening when it's a long-time member who thinks they have the right to do so due their time of being here. This sort of SPAM and gesticulation should be in The Bin and as that doesn't count to postcounts anyway there's no reason that people are posting their to boost their postcounts, all they're doing is having a bit of a laugh. Please remember you can report posts or threads you think are unneeded or uneccessary and we will take action if required but don't report them just because you don't like them personally. Megapack requires it's own activation and multiplayer key so no it won't unless you actually bought it.

Brilliant start to the new season and Plato clearly showing why even though he may not be liked by some, not having him will result in less of those spectacular battles and car control that he is known for. Brilliant to see the BTCC so varied and full of brilliant racing as always.
