What it's telling you is it will resize to 800 wide or 600 high whatever is reached first ie; is the image normal or vertical. So when the image is resized the script hits 800 and then has a value of what that was in relation to the original and then will work out the correct aspect ratio for the other dimension from this value. Basically 800x600 of the original image was not the correct aspect ratio. It's right too try resizing a 1280x1024 in Photoshop and see what you get. I think from next weeks we will allow 800x640 images due to this. Also I have updated the resize script to account for this now, images for inline posting can be no higher than 800x640 now. I need to format the rules and image guidelines so they are a lot easier to find in the new year and such. I'm looking forward to the new year as well as dreading the start of it.

Good to know you got it sorted lemans, welcome to TDU and TDUc, don't be a stranger and remember to keep yourself clean by regularly backing up your game save and deleting radial.cdb every week or so. I'm sure others can give better advice. Oh and remeber if you install any mods make sure to backup the original files you are replacing, just in case! :)

Is your copy a purchased copy, as TDU's servers check against a blacklist of known serials and it's constantly updated by Securom in fact?

Make sure you install the patch without the game running! I don't mean just minimising it, close it before installing the patch.

imageshack resizes correctly as 1280x1024 get's resized to 800x640 in imageshack and Photoshop!

FMR you may need to select the checkmark to do the resize itself unless you selected 800 and due to the ratio of your original image it's done the 800x640. What was your original image size?

Serge was being helpful though MCiN7 as "Digital River Files" are possibly who he has downloaded his TDU from but seeing as he says the "disc" I'm guessing he has a physical disc version. The fact he mentions a cracked exe though leads me to ask though have you actually bought your copy because if not then no help will be given here. However if you've bought your own copy; ie it's not a friends in other words then all we can suggest to you is: Key question first 1) Where did you get your game and Megapack from? Then * Remove any DAEMON tools you may be running * DO NOT use altered or edited exe's for the game * Install the game first and try running it and hopefully you should be prompted to update * If prompted then close TDU and goto http://www.testdriveunlimited.com and follow the link to Download the Patch * Run the patch (make sure to do this while the game is closed) * Run the game and check for 1.66 showing in the main menu * Install Megapack and note the Activation Key is not your TDU game serial, it is the Multiplayer Key you would have been sent when you purchased the Megapack, again if you have acquired the Megapack through other means then we cannot help you If this still doesn't work, post more info about your System Specs and such or even try the EU Forums where the community is usually quite good about solving users issues! =============================== And MCiN7 don't start getting all heated and angry due to some members, report them or ignore them and help the OP yourself. Nah I'm just about to eat thanks. ;) Anyway RACE Pro is delayed to February and the demo is now pencilled in for January. Which believe it or not is only another 2-3 weeks compared to the original delayed release at the end of January. :D I'm happy for one that Atari and Simbin are taking this title seriously and making sure it is in fact ready when it's ready. The new Atari perhaps?

Haha this game is nothing like GRID, I never took you for one of the Gametrailers comment kids who don't know what they're talking about. Just search for Simbin and you'll find out this game is what ToCA should have evolved too, and it's certainly not GRID.
