  1. The Flex looks kinda like a Land Rover Vogue clone, too many stupid women drive the Flex in my area, and they're almost always on a cellphone too.....some of them texting in traffic :mad::mad:
  2. Wiesmann Roadster Cockpit Camera, it will be much better than whatever you're using now. And it's a little heavy on the supercharger whine.
  3. Link in sig, instructions, plus a large car list with full Advanced camera settings.
  4. Because, as usual, you didn't bother to look at the date when the mod was posted, it wasn't possible to change the physics of the game at that point.
  5. If you used one of the auto-installers, look in the patchs folder of that installer, if there's only 2 files in that folder, you did NOT download the car mod, you only downloaded the physics mod and that's why it's crashing. It would also help to say which specific car mod is crashing your game, some of them are quite buggy lately. Two files that I know for sure get changed are Cameras.bin, and DB.bnk, and I'm sure a few others get changed as well.
  6. Inside every mod there's a BTRQ file, it's stored in the car's exterior file, the one without the _I in the filename. That BTRQ file can drastically effect the revving of the engine if the wrong one is used, and it can even stop the engine from revving high enough to shift gears. It can also allow an engine to rev way up and stay there. The best way to fix these problems is to substitute an original TDU BTRQ file from the car slot you modded. Let's say you put a car mod onto the Skyline GTR and are having problems. You need to extract the BTRQ file from the original TDU Skyline and put it into the new car mod. If you put a mod onto the Ferrari F40 slot, you'd need to find the original F-40 BTRQ file. This is done with TDU Modding Tools and the File Manager in that program.
  7. If there's a good 928-S4 model out there, someone needs to convert it, that was an awesome car.
  8. Sounds like more of a BTRQ error than a physics error.
  9. Moving spoilers and other parts have been possible for months now, TDUZoqqer has been doing them as have other modders, the Lambo Murc 670 SV with moving vents, the Bentley GT with moving spoiler, the Veyron with moving spoiler. The moving parts are done using the window mechanism, so instead of moving windows, you get moving body parts.
  10. I just tried it and it's not working. I put the Evo 6 on the DB7 slot, right where the old Evo 6 TME was, and tried giving it the CLK-55 cockpit camera with TDUMT, and it's still Left Hand Drive. Maybe it only works if you use the non-advanced cams..... Edit: Yup that was it, it only works of you choose one camera for the whole car, which is kinda dumb because that kills the Hood cam, it's too far back, and most of the Hood_Back cam is blocked by that huge wing. It also confirms my theory that the regular cameras and the Advanced cams are two completely different sets. Maybe DJey or Dredgy could look at that Cameras.bin file and figure out a way to add a "mirror this camera" option to their programs by using the Advanced cams for the left side and the regular cams for the right side.
  11. That thing uses a hacked cameras.bin file, which means no bodyswapping. It would honestly be better just to mirror the models.
  12. This should work good for the 997 GT3 RSR Evo mod that Tool did a while back, it's got that nice "hollow" sound that fits a full racecar without sound damping.
  13. I think the problem he's having is figuring out how to link the doors and windows to the pivot, as well as linking the driver position to the seats so the seats move with the driver with the different IK's.
  14. It's a Juiced 2 model, look at the release date, more than a year ago.....
  15. I've always preferred BabelFish linked from Altavista.com, especially when it comes to Euro languages translated to English, it tends to be a bit more complete.
  16. This one isn't shifted sideways to fit a specific camera like the other Cayenne is it???
  17. Check the link in my sig.
  18. People really need to stop whining about this, I don't think there's a single car mod made that has perfectly accurate gauges.
  19. IIRC it's a twin turbo V6, use any sound made for that engine configuration, most recently that would be the newest Skyline GTR. Back when this mod was made the physics couldn't be changed.
  20. The one very similar to the Shuriken was posted here on this forum in the Styling section, and the Hanzo is in a rim pack on one of the Russian sites, I don't remember which one. Plus the Hanzo rim itself isn't perfectly centered, so it wobbles when the car rolls.
  21. If ZM1 is free, then what's the problem??? Import into ZM1, export out to something compatible with ZM2, then import that new file into ZM2. Either that or you use 3DSMax and a free plugin, if the plugin exists, which it should because most of the models for that game were made in that program.
  22. Post in English please, or at least provide a translation in the same post.
  23. I still think one of the main bugs is somewhere in the rims he makes, at least for some of his mods. I originally installed the Bentley Continental GT with the rims onto the Jag XJ220 slot, and it worked fine, then I lost my game save and had to start over, and when I went to buy the Bentley again, the game crashed every single time. I took the car model out and replaced it with the earlier Bentley from Grin but left Zoqqer's rims in place, and it still crashed. I put Zoqqer's Bentley back in, but took out the rims, and now it works fine again as long as I use other rims. The KTM X-Bow was the same way, it crashes with the rims, but works fine without them. By the way his new 458 uses exactly the same cameras as terzer's and Tool's, which seems kinda odd.....usually when the same car is made by three different people you expect to have 3 different camera sets.
  24. If you want to be uber-picky, the Ruf RT-12 is the only perfectly centered camera :cheeky: The RK and RTurbo are just a hair to the left. If you can't afford a steering wheel, I strongly suggest getting a USB adapter for a PS-2 controller, I've been using one called the Trio Linker for years and there's not one game it hasn't worked perfectly with.
  25. You do realize he asked for that sound mod almost a year ago right???
