    ok I've played through the story a bit today without puking, I've bought the 8c and I have a question. Can you even change the color of a fullstock car? Btw leveling up the cars did nothing for me, the physics still suck. If anything I have more grip which is the last thing this game needs.

    I don't think I've ever tried it with TDU. I MAY have an opening for cruising on saturday morning, pretty unlikely but I'll give you guys a shout if I'm around. Other than that I can't really play it on weekdays or weekends for that matter, it's this RPG crap that requires you to put hours into the game which is not ideal for me.

    hey all I'm back :D I've had a short break from all gaming in the past few weeks due to many reasons (mostly drinking) so I've launched the crew up yesterday to see if anything has changed. I'm afraid the annoying features are still there, I'm really struggling to like this game, that had a little to do with me rage quiting because I couldn't beat any race but still :P The only time I had fun in this game was that cruise we did with the old tdu crew. Though the trouble is I only have 2 cars and I really don't want to progress in story or grind for cash.

    not really at least it's not the case in games like the crew. I know they market it that way to keep kids happy over some virtual victory but really soon it'll die out and only cruising around will matter.

    or one of my challenges, I remember splitting into groups and the group with the lowest class cars had the shortest route and the fastest had the longest route to reach SE Lighthouse from clubhouse at north. We should try that sometime. --- Post Updated --- I have the street spec mustang that's the only car I have. but we should be fine if we don't drive flat out to everywhere.

    -- OLD IMAGE REMOVED (imageshack) -- Anyway my suggestions would be to remove the auto-brake like said above, that should definitely be a priority. I guess there is no point asking for descent physics but that'd be nice too. Also car revs for no reason when changing gears that's annoying as well.

    yeah it's all about the regulations, if it's chill like TDU1's servers we shouldn't have any problems. I mean who cares about cheaters when you can have awesome mods.

    I'd say it has promise, if you liked the original TDU then it has a few things to offer you. I can understand though if cruising with friends is not really your thing this game is a huge disappointment. Very poor car list, poor driving physics, lots of bugs and server issues, pretty idiotic game design(if you ask me). Personally I'm already bored with the mission stuff but that's the only way to get the other 5-6 cars that you'd really want. I just hope it'll allow people to mod it so it can be half descent at some point.

    I agree, I hate the fact that it has become acceptable to pay full price for half a game and then pay more for the rest. But it's pretty much a cartel out there between greedy publishers. You have limited alternatives. Ubisoft by far has overtaken all the crap publishers EA, Activision etc. At least they don't brag about their broken releases.

    tbh I lost interest pretty quickly, and now with the destiny dlc out I won't be playing it too much. It's true that they listen to the community if it's in their favour but people never know what they want or what can be done. Instead of fixing the crew system like you've said they would just want more people in the session. But they have no idea what the limitations of this game's engine are. It is indeed fun to cruise but that is the only good point. You'd really have to ignore everything else.

    900 was too much for me until the time I've unticked allow game to adjust settings on logitech profiler. It's much better that way.
