the rims are the right ones, problem is their size, if they were smaller with more tire side profile, it would look a ton better. Also, i wanted to be able to paint the center hubcap in chrome, but that is asking too much for this game...

I think i would need something more than that to bring me back... From time to time i feel like reinstalling tdu, just that tdu 1 & 2 doesn't have the graphical candy that the latest games have is what puts me off from reinstalling it

Seems whoever was responsible for the promo material ended up counting the fullstock spec as a extra for those cars (thanks for the disapointment) Now the pictures Mclaren F1 Stock Performance The this vehicle can't use interior trims Aluminum and Wood (normal/mixed). Touareg Stock Dirt Raid No customization restrains as tested Escalade Stock Street Dirt Performance Raid Circuit This vehicle can't use stickers of any class Things to be noticed. - The Mclaren performance bodkits offer the front bumpers from the GT-R version and the Longtail one, but no rear bumper for the longtail version. - Touareg Raid car is the Dakar VW Touareg Disappointments: - lack of a circuit F1 (seriously, the longtail racer would be killer) - lack of street/performance touareg - circuit escalade is ugly as hell (personal opinion)

yeah, the vettes were lackluster for me, both could be easily fit in street spec and circuit spec.

I still hate the fact that the game is lacking a lot of content for the Street class. They added only 1 faction mission for it in the last patch and its not even a race mission, just a collect one. you start it and before you notice the mission is done.

Played, and i have mixed options, the new camera and blur effect looks ok on some cars, bad in others. Seems they didn't manage to get the viewing angle similar to all cars, so you kind of end noticing differences of how the car "sits" onscreen. Also, some of the tweeks they made on physics to me made sense on most of the cars, but for other, not so much. My C3 vette now has way too much grip is its not as tail happy as it used to be, feels like the car lost some of it character. I won't comment on the specs released for the standard cars this time, as i loathe circuit cars on this game. In overall, i would say they went 2 steps forward and 1 step back with the latest patch.

ah, yeah, everyone is complaining about being forced to use wings on their cars ever since the beta, and still nothing has been done against it... :(

true, forgot to check the carbon interior option, aluminium one has all colors unlocked, sad part is that the orange interior would be a "official" color, but they only added a the black one. and btw what do you mean by "wingles"?

my bad, it means that you can do what you want with them, unlike cars like both Ferraris, Maserati and the C63 AMG that lock some of the color options you have. So if you wanna have a hotpink Spyker with yellow interior, that's not a problem.

spyker c8 i tried to keep it as close as possible to the stock thanks to the parts they offered, so i mostly got a kit that would change the usual chrome parts into carbon covered parts. Some info about the DLC: - only one spec available for all cars - performance spec - 1 new vintage vinyl - no color/interior restrictions on all 3 models

DLC is up... ^not bad could have been better i couldn't get pictures of the spyker without a bunch of usernames on the screen, gonna try later...

the list is nice, I would only trade the F1 car for something else, like a Testarossa or F355

but if those cars do take slots, maybe its possible to replace them with something else.

i don't think i can agree with you, see the problem is what we all know, we only know half of the story. What if the game is crap because its underfunded? Or if the deadline wasn't enough for it? There's way to many variables to overlook to simply claim that the game is bad because of eden's or atari's fault.

happens to me all the time on the highways. From what i could understand, the game is failing to keep the traffic spawing speed with your driving speed. Thus traffic cars actually spawn behind you instead of in front of you.

pre-order cars are up for sale for PC and PS3. Xbox is expected to be on tomorrow. Also, I've noticed one thing when i was buying my cars. The pictures for the Aston DBS and Aston V12 are mixed. be careful.

Took us a while to get the proper angles for both cars and the proper angle for the camera, when i was done and ready to take the picture, the kid appeared from nowhere, smashed everything on the sidewalk and tried to ram me, ruining the shot and the scenery completely what pisses me off is the fact that this place we are is not even marked on the map, and has just some dirt roads near it. How bored one has to be to go this far out of their way to annoy other people baffles me. /rant

as far my understanding of file structures goes, if the save files have a game log file, with a description of all your previous actions, there's a chance to find an answer for why this happened. Otherwise i can't see it. Either way i'll send the save file to you Anyway, like some people posted, some of my friends were able to buy the California from the used dealer with level 2 tunings. If i get hold of them again i'll try to take a picture.

yes, its faster. i did a couple of drag races against my friend. To ensure the results we set both cars on full assist on the options and automatic transmission. It jumps of the line faster and has a better top speed. Brakes are just a little better than before.
