  1. Dude! That's why we need smart people on the forums! I mean, i knew that some cars caused that glitch, and that is a problem of a not very well optimized mod, usually a mistake made by the modder of the car. But i never knew how to fix, other than using another model or car. What you found is not a solution, but it will do, untill we don't get new mods to replace the "ram hungry" ones. Thank you very much. And you can feel free to post a new thread in the TDU modding section about it though.
  2. That happens because the police textures. It's a bug with the original police file, and maybe that's why they were "removed" as traffic from the game.
  3. Because people spend hours of their free time, working and converting cars to TDU, so people can download them for free. This is exactly what ended TDU modding community, this sort of lack of respect for the time spent doing something for the people. Everyone grew fed up with having their mods open, edited and re-posted as someone's else work. It's not much different if someone downloads Platinum, change 1 car, and reupload it as like, TDU ultimate or whatever the name, without even mention Platinum at all. I sure will not feel happy about it.
  4. Not the first one to notice that. Again, that problem is with the car file, it happens because who created the car did not set the passenger position. There is nothing i can do about it, as i would need to HEX unlock the car file, which is seen as mod theft by the community. It was either that, or remove the car from the game, which would you choose?
  5. Download the file attached in this post and replace it in the Ige folder. (Will be added to the update patch v1.04 aswell) Yes. RACE02.IGE
  6. I don't make sound mods. I don't make mods at all. All i did was gather everything i could find online.
  7. No you can not. TDU 1 never allowed it. About classic cars, you must wait it show up available with the rim you want/like better.
  8. It is not "Necessary", it is recommended though. What i suggest is that you take the Alfa GT out, and save the game. Then you install the mod. That way when you load up the profile, it won't risk to crash as soon as it loads up. Now, the risk of that some cars that you had previously don't work correctly, is there. So, do it at your own risk. Edit: Also, if you really don't want to lose your vehicles, make a backup of the profiles, so you can pop them back in case you want to play original TDU again. Like, 2 different TDU installations in different folders...
  9. Felt nostalgic? Lol

You bet - so many good times cruising.   I need some time to catch up with this game and maybe cruise with you again, Ms. DarkAvengerZR1.

  10. Another great video, from our friend @BloodyThunderX! This one is going to the original post! Thanks!
  11. Dude, i have no idea why. Edit: Try to find a pattern, try to do something about it, like close any other thing open with the game, such as web browsers, spotify or whatever... because how can i know what is happening if the game is crashing randomly in different times, and randomly can't open for a moment that randomly vary?
  12. Dude, i am 100% sure that your game is reading an UCP database. That means the DB.bnk has not been replaced. It is that simple. Check the size of the files. Seems like the problem is with your computer, overheating or something...
  13. No you did not. Check the file sizes. It is impossible to TDU to open and run, and still display the old database stuff. If there is an error in the database, the game will crash on start.
  14. You didn't replace the files in the database folder. Try again to replace them, because the game is still using UCP database.
  15. I have no idea, soldier. Not all cars require bigbnk. I can assure that your problem is that. By it not being active or by project paradise not working.
  16. Somehow your project paradise is not working then. If the game reads the car, the file is being read, otherwise the game would crash... the problem is with your project paradise.
  17. A 997 won't be turned into a 991. To get a 991, you need a 991. That's all i will say. Yes, it's on porpouse. Those races usually have higher prizes, because they are "more difficult".
