You want something that is impossible. Use "search" function on this forum and use Google.

There is a tool to do it but it works only while you are in the game, what I want to say is when you exit game and go in again you must do it all over again, like VooDooShamane said it is memory editing so it is not permanent.

Something tells me that you don`t own original version of the game. If you have some "repacked" or similar version then it is possible that you can`t unpack it. We have a detailed manual how to unpack TDU2 here on forum. Oh, just a reminder, it is forbidden to talk about illegal and pirate stuff on this forum. Cheers
