I wanted to play this great game again and I have found this right in the moment...
Now I can drive a lots of vehicles and have more fun than before! 💖
PD: do you have found a different Dodge Viper SRT-10 Roadster model with the original hood? (2003 version) I want this car but with better polygon and shape, because original viper in TDU is a bit quadrate/square... Also you forgot to add "Roadster" or "Convertible" to the name of the Dodge Viper SRT-10. 😉
Forza Motorsport 4 did have this exact car with a great detail shape. 🚗

Not feeling like it, sorry. And i don't think i really should do it just because you asked. I mean, i learned on my own, by trial and error, experimenting and testing...  If you want, you can wait the tutorial i am making in .pdf, but that won't be released any time soon.

In the moment of error, I was using Windows 10 version 1903 (OS compilation 18362.356)
Like you say, I think the reason was the new update or some earlier updates...
Microsoft...give us a break! 🤣

Weird indeed. App was meant to request admin rights automatically with the TDUF-database-gui.cmd and I tested it on W10 at the time.
But the escalation mechanism might have been broken with W10 updates since then. I should check that, I suppose ...
Anyway, glad it worked. Have fun!

Hi, try to remove read-only attribute on all files in TDU folder, including all subfolders.
As you're running tool as admin, there should be the only issue preventing files to be copied.
Also, consider sending logs appearing in the console window (TDUF-Database-GUI), eventually.

I followed your step but it didn't work, I got the same error, but I opened the "TDUF-database-gui.cmd" executable with administrator rights and it worked! Strange right?
Maybe the change of Windows 7 to 10 make this happen... Thanks very much for your support! ✅

At the moment no, it won't. Mostly because it might get heavier for weak computer and also, because there are no real up-to-date traffic car mods, unless you want everyone driving a Supra around. :lol:

Now this user (Djey) he has achieved one of the most things most awaited in this game (TDU1).
We can now modify the game easily and cleanly (TDU1) saving us much time we had not planned to spend.
I know that now these days (in the future) will reach many more things to play (TDU1) such as new cars, new parameters, new customizations environment to the environment and to the vehicle in question.
Now it is possible to use a program that allows us to modify and manage (TDU1) software as we really wanted and expected to see such a day come to light, saying; we must make it all work better.
We are waiting for a new day with new improvements and developments of a great software (TDU1) which enables changes and much more fun.
