+1, it doesn't address anything that needed to be addressed really besides the online servers...all the other problems still exist and probably will indefinitely.

usually putting it in "sports mode" helps with the spins...the hardcore mode is hardly that, so I said F it.

Good job OP! Will definitely try this out, but first I want to know how it affects frame rates - are the textures larger/smaller? How does is FPS affected if you don't have a high memory GPU? example: a 512mb video card vs 1gb video card, considering they have the same speeds

I picked up my GTX280 for $120 shipped from Overclockers.net... Works flawlessly, granted it is a used card but that was almost 5 months ago... p.s. running a Q9505 and a GTX 280 with 4GB of DDR2 ram, I run 25-30 FPS at 1920x1080...on max settings.

Damn good stuff! <3 modding community.
