  1. Hi, make sure to run the game via the Project Paradise launcher and check the big bnk box. Don't delete d3d9.dll.
  2. I always welcome anyone trying to work on mods and what not, so if there's anyone that wants to start but doesn't know how and what to do, I'm always down to help. However, to be able to "fix" mods takes about the same knowledge as making them from scratch, it's just less time consuming. On the other hand, TDuck discord exists, it's very active and has the people to answer virtually any question about modding. So I think it's more that people aren't very interested in doing something on their own (not to sound rude or anything).

I would like the idea if we had a bigger group of people making improvements, cause then it would have made sense to make some sort of a spreadsheet of things needed to be done, and assign those things to different people and have it all a bit more coordinated. In the current situation tho, I'm not sure if that's really worth it.
  4. Trust me, as a person that's trying to help her with it, I can confirm that it's very time consuming. Even on my own mods I didn't get the dials to work correctly. I will update them sometime with new fixes and what not but doing it for each and every single car with that problem on top of what's already planned would be tough. I would suggest trying it out yourself. If there were more people helping her maybe we could get it done.
  5. That's the thing, they're linked to the zip, so when you extract the zip it also goes over those 2 on its own.
  6. 1) TDU2 roads in TDU1 are technically possible but given the incomplete state of TDU World Editor it's no easy task. Although we're trying to streamline the process of road conversion so maybe it'll be done sometime. About Ibiza... that will be much harder since it's a completely different location, adding it by the side or replacing the existing map with it will be very complicated, if possible at all. 2) might be possible but not sure how to achieve that. 3) I think you won't have them alongside one another, you might have to choose which set you wanna play. 4) me and some other guys are trying to make Hardcore the default physics mode the game runs on, so it will be available from the beginning and with all the features from normal mode. Not much success so far but hey, we definitely haven't given up. 5) this one is related to Project Paradise. As the mod is incomplete and the developer (who also happens to be the World Editor creator) hasn't been online on the forums for ages, I think this is the most we can get from the online functionality of the game. Unless someone makes a brand new launcher with a different netcode to support what's missing, that is. Currently there's no one working on one. 6, 7, 8,...) why don't you join our Discord? There's a whole lot of activity there, with a bunch of people cracking their brains trying to figure out how things work in the game (including the AI, there have been some breakthroughs in that part as well) and we could always use one more. Anyway, good job, not sure how this slipped in the forums basically unnoticed. And good luck researching. Hope to see you soon in our Discord!

Took me quite a bit of time, pain and suffering to get there, but it was definitely worth it. Changelog v1.2: - added the reverse lights, reworked the tail lights, some of the materials, improved rear offsets, lower ride height (from TDUPK) Features: - working doors, windows and dials, - colorable interior (needs to be adjusted in the database), - second LOD, - 3-color paint jobs (primary color, stripes as secondary and the third color being the Porsche decals and brakes). Bugs: - None I've seen so far. Tell me in the comments or in our Discord if you find any. - Not really a bug, but the TDUPK provided isn't really accurate cause I couldn't find any info about the car apart from weight, power, torque and weight distribution, the rest is from the Eden default car. Feel free to make good handling for it and send me, I can include it in an update or something. Installation: follow these instructions (depending on how you wanna do it).   11. One of HFG modders was doing it a while back, you can ask if they've abandoned the project or they're gonna finish it eventually. Here there's not a lot of people that are still making car mods. I for one have just got the hang of it, but I have too many cars I gotta finish first lol

  17. Hi fellows! I wanted to make an announcement yesterday but was a little bit busy. Anyways, I'm happy to announce that the screenshot contests are back! Here's the plan. I will announce the winner and the theme for the next contest in Mondays. You will have a week to prepare your best shots and send them to me via DM here or in Discord (find me in TDuck Discord server, Rigel#6747). On Monday I'll publish the pics here in gallery and make a poll, the voting will start, and will last one week. And again, on Monday I'll announce the winner and the theme for the next contest. Rules: 1) The screenshots should belong to the specified game and theme if there are any. 2) Showing your screenshots to ANYONE before the end of the contest is strictly prohibited. Send them only to me via DM as I said above. If you post them here or in TDuck Discord server you will be disqualified immediately. This will prevent people from cheating and getting (or vice versa) some extra votes. 3) Heavily editing the photos is prohibited. Minor tweaks like upscaling, fixing the artifacts, and adding motion blur/DOF are okay though. 4) You are allowed to use any mods you like, both graphics and car mods. 5) Stealing others' screenshots will give you a ban from participation to the further contests.   19. Just opened the database to add my own stuff with TDUF and I be like.... How the hell were you doing in that mess lmfao? Great job and thanks once again cause I doubt anyone else would have the patience to do THAT. For other people: run TDUF, open the database and you'll get what I'm talking about (though I understand how it works more or less).

  21. I got some bugs to report. I couldn't do a few car delivery missions (Carrera GT, Lancia 037) with a manual gearbox because the game didn't let me shift the gears. Also once a little glitch happened after an F class race, after finishing it I couldn't exit the race (got stuck on "you won" screen with no buttons working) and I got to kill the game with the task manager. I believe there were a few minor things too, I just don't remember now writing this comment. By the way, huge thanks for edited races, I love them. Some actually added a bit of challenge. Is there a way to increase the number of opponents in some races (like from 4 to 8 or more if possible)?
