Right, i'd say go 360, mainly because the original members of TDU:C are all from the 360 side of things :p The majority of this community on consoles is on the 360, so that's got to be worth something. On its own merits, the 360, whilst struggling with the gremlins, is a very capable console. Its base of exclusive racing games surely should appeal to you, being as TDU, PGR4, Forza and Race pro do not appear on PS3. The support for wheels is a bit lacking, though, the official xbox wheel (good wheel but rubbish construction) is the only one with proper implimention of FF, however the fanatec wheel should change that. Xbox is getting exclusive DLC for GTA IV if you're a fan of that also. The current premiums come with the 60Gb HDD, which is brilliant, as it gives lots of room to install games, demos, save music... whatever you fancy, even download movies, which i know you love so much ;) The controller I find is the most comfortable I have ever used, and is very good for FPS and driving, RTS are crap with a controller in generall, but the voice controls on endwar work very well. The only kind of games the controller doesnt really work on are punch-em-ups as the D-Pad is hopeless. Overall I find it almost perfect though as a no-nonsence controller, it is nicely weighted, no motion nonsence, pretty cheap to buy, has a nice place to your mic/chatpad in, and can take wall-related impacts ;) otherwise there's LIVE which is a very very good online system which has brilliant integration with most games, and being as games for windows live is kicking off since GTA IV you can keep your friends from PC on your contacts. and ofcourse you can use winows live messenger (for anyone crossing their eyes, it's the fancy name for MSN ;)) It was a suspicion that they would replace the xbox soon, but the NXE shows they have a long term plan to keep it.

Under NDA? It was a good looking concept, and the idea that jaguar will make a nice fast car will be lovely! So they're planning an F-type and an E-type then? If the'ye planning an F-Type, wouldn't that mean the proper name would be 'Jaguar XK-F' Like how the 60's E-Type was the 'XK-E' I'm guessing that the XE is a new line, instead of an XK-E, as the original was a GT...

wow, very cool, as much of a gorgeous car as the XJ is (IMO) It is finally time to kill that period of jaguar, Just like how bentley is leaving the arnage. Jaguar needs a big assed saloon car that's the size of the XJ, but it need to look like the XF! as for a sports car, cool. britain needs a big lairy, mid engined sports car, and with their current design language, it could be quite the looker!

is it just me, or does anyone laugh at how they abbreviated 'condition' as 'CND' Now, considering it's a game based around the idea of nuclear aftermath, using CND makes me chuckle, because C.N.D. Stands for "Campaign For Nuclear Disarmament' and it's logo is commonly called the peace sign...

Really into the bluesport! 55mpg, 140mph top speed! looks awesome top up, or down. Mid engined, Rear wheel drive, quite a looker too! a car to watch i think! wow! who says audi is the sporty bit of Vdub, RWD mid engined blue sport or lardy AWD front engined TT! seems obvious to me!

*jawdrop* seriously!? i knew they were taking a hit on consoles and getting it back in games, but seriously!? that much!? wo, perhaps they have got some real money coming in! still, that doesn't detract from my point, PS2 is still about because there is still money to be made, i'm sure if MS were selling a decent amount of xboxes when they introduced the 360, they would have sold it for another few years too.

Windows 7 looks brill, the sleekness of vista's interface, just wish all the crap taken away, runs as stable as XP by the looks. personally I DESPISE Vista, it even crashes winamp of all programs, a nice basic media player. Playing BF2/BF2142 is neigh on impossible because it messes with punkbuster. GTA:SA is really smegged up on it, railroad tycoon 3 wont even play... A nice looking OS, which is good for stuff like music (as-long as you dont use winamp) and is good against viruses. but shyte at games? that's OSX, but OSX uses about half the power...

Microsoft is a company, and like any other, is not your best friend. Microsoft makes money by taking yours, that's how life works. Old xbox was a money pit, and IIRC a pit that took away $5bn from their pockets. PS2 still turns over a profit. hence why the big black box is gone and the little black box err, isn't. That's like saying SEGA was just being selfish because it ditched it's 'loyal' customers by killing the dreamcast and leaving the console race. The dreamcast had one of the most defensive (fanboyish) base of customers. even now, Shemnue 2 has a very strong community in particular. but opinions don't matter to the accountants, turnover does, SEGA couldnt sustain a place in the console race, it just couldnt afford to, and now they make second rate shovelware for the wii and beat the rotting corpse of sonic every time they need an easy buck.

Only because they aren't making any money on PS3 consoles, which are still being sold at at rate that costs sony $49 a console and also, because ending production of a console with 110m+ sales is not going to go down well with the public at all.

WOW! So Many Gorgeous cars! as weird as it is to say though, my favorite has been the S60 so far! XKR - Wow, so gorgeous, such a sleek car, and it is looking less like a cheap aston, but looks just as stunning SLR - very cool, but too novelty for me E Class - hideous, looks very chinese :( BlueSport - I really like this actually, and in a way it seems like a spiritual successor to the MG TF, the lines seem to have something similar about them, and of course they are both mid engined. Dodge EV - A lotus, but a lotus that has been on an American fashion show XFR - Very very cool looking, although the black makes it look a bit 'too' mean, get it in British racing green and this one will be a stunner Maserati Quatroporte - Does look good in black, as it naturally has an intimidating stance to it, Mafia Dons across Italy will love this one Buick Lacrosse - eeerrrr, kind indifferent on this, to me it looks a bit like an infiniti from the front. Cadillac Converj - looks like the Karin Dilettante from GTA IV, but substancially uglier BlueZero - Raise the bonnet, tone down the headlights, lose those stupid rims and you've got a nice looking car, on face value it's fugly S60 - my god I want this car so much, such a pretty car, volvo certainly have done themselves proud! Bentley - Faster... that's about it, still not a looker, boring... Audi A7 - Audi! Stop it! Every A-Car (let's pretend the Q line doesn't exist...) you produce is amazingly good looking, I don't want to like your cars so much, i'm not ready to be a cock!
