Yer i'd take their point about stealing music if every other mp3 player didn't allow you to do and you couldnt transfer music with usb stick / email / msn ect. :) Thanks, i've just got to send in back to amazon but will take it into apple store tomorrow to see if they can do anything quicker.

I'm running 3.1.3 but I have a problem with the headphone jack so it needs to go back so need to keep warrenty. Thanks though. So overall its impossible if you keep your warrenty, good to see apple are offering a decent product here :)

Oh cool +rep. If I download a new album from i-tunes will I have to manually take the files from one pc to the other? I take the authorisation just means it can be played on that pc with the protection they put on the file? Oh, so how does this manual thing work. Can I add a song from one pc, move to the other pc and add another song from there?

hi, I have 2 pc's, one at uni and one at home. Is it possible to to have the ipod connect to both and be able to add new music and apps from either pc. At the moment only the home PC can do this and if I connect it to the uni pc it asks me to delete everything first. Useless. Things like this is the reason I havn't bought anything from apple so far, is it just apple being a nightmare again or is there a way? Thanks.

Reminds me of fjord boats and apart from bladerunners they are my favorite boats, very nice :) Dosn't seem like a lot of power for a 50 footer though. Standard 50 foot boats are about £500,000, thats for a princess / fairline / sunseeker kinda thing, that would be much more :)

Seems a bit odd, says most people come from Australia. With their relatively small population seems strange that they have more people coming to the site than people from US.

I watched it, go dull at the end but was all right. Never really watched Clegg but he seemed to be the only Genuine person there. I've always been a labour person and fell they have done OK in the last few years, vat thing was stupid but everyone would do stupid stuff. In the 2 modules of economics I've done at uni its made it quite clear that Camerons ideas are stupid. He kept on having a go at brown about how he won't cut spending now when the very basic ideas of economics say you have to spend your way out of a recession, its just a fact. Yes you'll get in more debt early on but you will have an economy left to pay it back. Oh one more point, Cameron had a go at Clegg for taking 2 million of a criminal and said why haven't you given it back? Was he really suggesting he should give 2 million back to a convicted criminal?

Boats and cars in the mediterranean, i'm in heaven :) The garage things are well good. I'm in poole (where they make sunseekers) alot and go past these. One opened up and two jet skis drove out the back of it! Others have jet boats (williams tenders) that came out. Really do need these in TDU :)

Might go to London for the start, not sure yet though.

Watched American History X again yesterday, very very good film.

I think it needs to be the perfect blend of everything that the 360 has tried but not really achived. It should be like an Ipod or Android, everything is simple but works, endless personalisation, linking facebook with xbox live with msn with google accounts. If games were downloaded only, then everything could flow loads better. Now your in menu or in game, i'd like to see everything everywhere, almost done but the new (ish) dashboard. Would also be good to not have a hardrive, keep everything online. Keep the console cheap and simple and use the internet to store everything. I dunno, bigger specs are the old race, making everything flow together is the new power.

Wow how have i missed this for 2 days!!! Will be brilliant, goodbye 2nd year of uni grades. This has made me happy. If Iron Maiden / Dream Theater tour was in UK aswell as this i'd be dancing around the car park right now.

Thats why a shot should alway be a safe shot! You can't just shoot into the air, insane, shoud be a clear line through what your shooting into the ground. I suppose its the whole cowboy things of shooting into the air but with anything other than a shotgun this is stupid. RIP to the kid.
