For god sake you winge like a little three year old over everything Tool does and then if he doesn't put a good car replacement you winge about that as well. I reckon you should grow up and stop acting like this all the time. Everytime I see a post in Tool's mod threads it's always you complaining about something. Plus some people will like the car with the roof being on and Tool is not going to do the car without the roof just to please you, sorry. :rolleyes:

Come on guys. I know loads of you have first person shooter games like ArmA and COD and I deliberately made it a different theme that was not car related because it was getting a bit ridiculous with the car related themes and also the free ones.

The car does look well done and you have already said you will work on the bumper again but what the hell is with the dvd player screen with a clip from the Fast and Furious on it? The LP670-4 has nothing of the sort and it's ruining the interior imo. The community looks for accurate detail and not some shabby additions that aren't in the real car Also I reckon the H-Gate shifter needs to go because the car has flappy paddles as again thats not accurate detail but those are just my 2 cents.

The reason you can't find them is because they are only included in the Xbox 360 and PC release.

I highly recommend it. I am on the last part of the story and have enjoyed every minute of it. Definitly one of the best storylines in a game I have ever played! If you were thinking about it, it can be found for around £30 online which is a great price for the game imo. ;)

Ah, fair enough. I had never seen a method to successfully retrieve the folders deleted when someone clicks "new game". I am sure we have had various people on the forum with this problem and they were told it wasn't possible. That's why I automatically assumed that it was impossible. ;)

Damn! That last update contains the best shots in this thread! Fantastic shots and great work in PS. I especially love the third one! :eek:

Not bad but overly photoshoped imo. The grain just doesn't act as a replacement for the wind and snow.

Nope, sorry. As soon as you do that, everything is lost...unless you made a backup before-hand. I don't see how you could have accidentally pressed "start new game" though as it does ask for confirmation.

I have it but no PS3 yet seeing as it's still stuck on a truck about 40 miles away due to the bad weather as it's being delivered by a carrier. Typical. But when I do eventually get to play it then yeah I will sure be on multiplayer quite a bit.

Just for reference. I am running Windows 7 64-bit and I have no problems what-so-ever with the game or with any of the tools. ;)

I cannot for the life of me, believe that you think you have the right to say that! Not everyone wants to zoom around at 300mph in a Koenigsegg or something like that. I for one love to obey the rules of the road and drive sensibly as it gives me great satisfaction and pleasure. The Facel Vega marque made legendary cars and as much as I prefer the HK500, I love this car to bits because it's a Facel Vega. And no I am not going to post a message such as "plzzz make the facel vega hk500 plzzz becuz this one is crap" because that would be highly immature and I am not one of those people who say things like that and I don't bed for things to be done. I mean can you name any other game that has a Facel Vega in it? I doubt there is more than one. Also many people enjoy driving classic cars in Test Drive and this is a fantastic addition to the game. So what if there isn't a high poly BMW 6 Series or whatever, thats boring compared to this car. Anyway great mod. I look forward to driving it when I return from my holiday. You guys have done a wonderful job on creating and converting this car and so huge respect for that. :cool:

+1 Well said. We don't need something else in the game to take up resources if it's not needed and to be honest, it won't really serve that much purpose. I mean how many people would spend the majority of their time in the garage looking at the inside of their boot or at the engine of their car? Would it really be worth it to go through all the bother of putting it in the game? I think not.

As for the question though I am sure it is possible but you would get cars with rubbish body lines on them and horrible low poly interiors. I personally don't see how that would benefit the community.

I have to admit, I didn't like this car at first but it has really grown on me. I think just watching that video and listening to the sound of the engine and the backfire from the exhaust makes me want one. :D

Sorry but I have to agree here. I did spend quite a bit on others and I got something back in return which wasn't unexpected. It's up to parents if they wish to spend a lot on their son's and daughter's and if they do then thats their choice. It doesn't mean that it's against the spirit of christmas or crap like that. :rolleyes: Christmas is now about giving and recieving and seeing family members which they otherwise wouldn't see, no matter what the price of things are etc... As for the spirit of Christmas, it's only really if you are a Christian that you see it that way, which I didn't think you are. Although, I have to admit you do have a point if you are solely talking about the spirit of christmas. Yes, it has been lost. To be brutally honest, I haven't posted what I got because it just seems wrong. I don't know but it's like presents are all people care about. Nobody ever seems to think of those less fortunate than ourselves such as the poorer members of society and those that are just hanging on by a thread and/or severely ill. I have to say though it's a very selfish society we live in.

Well I will explain my secret for such amazing quality, shall I? :p Well I recently got a Blackmagic Intensity Pro which is a PCI-E card that fits onto your motherboard in your computer and allows you to send footage from an Xbox or a Playstation 3 directly to your computer like a stream. With the software you can then view that footage on your computer monitor. Then for screenshots you can just printscreen and paste into photoshop or whatever. Videos are easier as you just need to press record. ;) Anyway guys thanks for the comments. :)

Hello all. I am off to visit my friend in Surrey tomorrow and have to leave the house at about 6am to get to the airport for my flight which is at about 9am, fun... :p Anyway I have had it planned since the summer and he is also paying for both of us to go to Jersey for 2 nights which should be fun. (Get there on Tuesday and come home on Thursday) We are mainly going to see the Durrell Trust which is a conservation centre for endangered animals such as Lemurs. Apparently the island is really small so there shouldn't really be any problems getting about, plus my friend is thinking about hiring a car and that car may well be a Chevrolet Aveo. (One of my most hated cars!) While I am down in Surrey though I do plan on visiting Mercedes-Benz World at Brooklands and also Romans International if possible. My friend also now owns a Ford Mustang which I believe is a 2001 model and that will probably be the every day car for going places, so that should be interesting! I may also get a chance to go to London one of the days but with the recent news of photographers getting questioned etc... I am pondering over whether it would be worth it or not. I am sure there will be some cars there even if it is winter but I might appear suspicious as I was questioned by about 5 different people last time I was there, in the summer. Anyway it should be a good holiday, even if I am infected with the cold, and can't wait to go. :D So see you all in about a week's time depending on whether I can get access to the forum. It might be easier now seeing as I have my Ipod Touch although that depends on whether my friend allows me to use his wireless internet or not. :p
