  1. I think that might be my favourite spec McLaren P1, can you get orange coloured exposed carbon? That would make it even better, other than that I wouldn't change a thing. Saw a yellow Esprit today, still a head-turned after all these years, wonder if they'll be worth high 6 figures one day? Saw a Porsche 959 on the road last night but didn't have a chance to get a picture as I was driving, they're crazy expensive so it could have been a replica? Never heard of 959 replicas though, or seen any, it was in a very posh area so it might have been legit.
  2. I can believe that, was it paint-to-sample it was it a dark blue Ferrari already offer, they just offer it for a considerable amount more money? I think they're as bad as Porsche when it comes to limiting the amount of each colour that gets produced, meaning if you want one of the rarer colours you must have to pay through your teeth for it. I'd be interesting in knowing the genuine prices for the MSO alterations you can get on a McLaren, I can't see them being as huge as Ferrari but they can't be cheap either. Once the second hand market starts being kinder to McLarens I can see the MSO pricing increasing though.
  3. Just got back from seeing Baby Driver in the cinema. One of the best films I've seen in 2017 :hmmm: I wouldn't give it a 10/10 as Jamie Foxx gets annoying after 0.1 seconds as he just plays that obnoxious character he only knows how to play, which turns out to be how he is in person too, not exactly 'acting'.
  4. Yeah I think we're on the same page here tbh, unless it's a Rosso Corsa ferrari, having silver wheels is usually the cheaper option right now. The black centre-lock wheels on a 911 GTS are something i'd consider, although I've read a lot about centre-lock wheels being an absolute nightmare for a daily driver.
  5. We're mainly talking OEM wheels here anyway rather than aftermarket, even if you were buying a used car rather than speccing one, what if two identical cars with different wheels were up for sale at the same price? You honestly don't care about wheels at all?
  6. I agree, the 570 is a tough one, I've seen 570GTs that look amazing with silver wheels, but the S and spyder do seem to suit the stealth wheels more.
  7. All this drama certainly makes me want to watch more of the build up and pre-race interviews before this weekend's GP though, which is probably one of the contributing factors to Vettel not getting any further punishment. It definitely creates more drama. The other contributing factor being Jean Todt's unrivaled hard-on for Ferrari.
  8. True, but I'd still rather have silver wheels on the yellow car:
  9. Are black wheels going out of fashion? Do you want them to go? They're not quite gone yet but I've noticed more and more expensive cars being specced without them, is this a trend or am is it just wishful thinking on my behalf? :hmmm: *shudder* I hate the silver lip around these alloys more than I hate that they're black. Vote in the poll :)
  10. Ah so is it you replying to any F1 tweet with that gif at the moment? :p
  11. "The FIA also notes that Scuderia Ferrari is aligned with the values and objectives of the FIA." That was the only sentence within that press release anyone needed to read tbh, it says everything.
  12. In person I haven't found it to be too bad on the E, it's a lot less offensive than the ipad style on the C etc I think. Mercedes are still leagues ahead of BMW for interior design imo.
  13. They offer a configurator for the edition 1 E63S but I wouldn't want one, you can only have it with a gangsta dark spec with dark wheels etc, rather chavvy imo. Although you can have the stripes removed. I wanted the brown leather but I didn't think the brown leather went well with the piano black interior fittings, so decided against it :hmmm: It's got a lot of options on but doesn't really look like it does for some reason. Doubt it'd be a popular spec on the forecourt.
  14. People purchase through the PSN rather than through a supermarket or amazon to save time and effort, people purchase through paypal rather than using card details to save time and effort.... they had a fairly straightforward job, SAVE TIME AND EFFORT. They seem to have messed that up
  15. Oooh that's gorgeous, I prefer your spec to mine, my configurator was acting really buggy for what it's worth :ytwh: It's a tough one though, do you think the GT2 RS special colour I chose will hold its value more, as with resale-red Rosso Corsa on Ferraris, or will the rarer Miami Blue GT2 RS' end up being worth more?
  16. That does look rather stunning, quite classy for a top of the range car :hmmm: The reviews for the new RS5 have been less than glowing though, not sure I'd get one. for £86k i'd probably get a Cayman S or a used 911. At that price you're really not that far away from base spec Mercedes GTS prices either, i'd rather have a Porsche but it's just weird how an RS5 can cost that much. --- Post Updated --- Configured my Porsche 911 GT2 RS, I went for the Weissach package but without the rollcage etc as I don't think many of these will ever see a track. Went for the predictable outside colour with the bold inside contrast. A few options, I'm not sure I'd have such a bold red interior but the configurator was being buggy so i couldn't be bothered playing around with it.
  17. Sorry to hear about that, pets are definitely a member of the family, it really does hurt when one of them passes away. It sounds as if she was a great cat, I'm more of a dog person as I want a pet that will always want to be with me, so your cat would have been perfect for me, I'm sure you have many good memories, she lived an impressively long life, RIP.
  18. The BMW M4 GTS was £120k and I imagine that's why Jag has decided to do this, this XE is quicker to 60 and has a higher top speed and is limited to 300 examples compared to the 700 for the GTS, I doubt it'll be quicker around a track but I can kinda see where they're coming from with this. At the end of the day it isn't worth £150k to most people, but if they find 300 people who'll pay that, and it does seem as if they have/will, then they were right to price it that high.
  19. Jaguar have lost their marbles: - The Jaguar XE SV Project 8 costs £149,995!??!?!?!?! - Limited to 300 examples - Available with 2 seats or 4 - 590hp 5.0 Supercharged V8 - 0-60 in less than 3.3 seconds - 200mph top speed Pictures from http://www.jalopnik.com and Auto Express | New and Used Car Reviews, News Advice
  20. Hey Yunus, welcome to TDUCK! :hiya: Nice Saab!
  21. So what does this mean? Do you like her back? Are you going to go on a date? Are you already engaged? Should we expect a Ryzza Jr sometime in 2018?
