  1. Indeed, that's why i didn't say much more than I did, I went on twitter towards the end of the race and it's just one of those issues where one side won't be able to convince the other etc, no point haha Fab race though, no matter how much drama and crap goes down, Ric on the podium always puts a smile on my face.
  2. Did Ford and Ferrari use the same rear light parts bin? :hmmm: Fab picture.
  3. You won't know for sure until she serenades you with this absolute anthem:
  4. Should we close entries right there? I mean god damnnn
  5. That first gameplay video is exactly the opposite of what gameplay I want to see right now, he even stated how that the first game was 'his baby', I don't want a fanboy to tell me how amazing the second game is, I want a more cynical pessimistic negative person like myself to play it  I understand that's not what the publishers want right not, I just mean I got absolutely nothing from the gameplay video's audio, a waste of time really. It does look really good tbh, i'm slightly concerned about the driving dynamics, the guy who said they're really good went on to then praise the new NFS game... so i take his opinion with a pinch of salt there. Have to put your hands up for Ivory Tower though, they've really pushed the boat out with this release, very aspirational.
  6. Which might not be that big a problem when it comes to bumpers.... but to then add camber? :oook: how would that not affect handling, it's just too big a leap for me. Ah well. It's not as if the handling was good enough in the first place for camber to ruin, is that why they didn't bother? Probably.
  7. So the aesthetics have no influence whatsoever on how the car handles? You can have unbelievable camber and still drive normally? :hmmm: If so, this game is a joke like every other NFS. The levels of customisation is very cool, but some of the kits are obviously more beneficial to the aero/handling than others, why not follow every other game and have them actually influence how the car drives?
  8. So they've released that trailer now, and it's due to be released early 2018? It seems like it's quite a polished product as it is, I hope they'll be working on the driving dynamics inbetween now and then. It'd be good to have some contact with Ivory Tower over what's on their to do list before the game launches :hmmm:
  9. Sorry to hear about your loss, I'm sure he'd be very happy to see you enjoying the Subaru! :) I've always loved the wagon versions of the Impreza, do you have any other changes in the pipeline or are you keeping it as it is for the time being?
  10. The driving dynamics looked a bit wishy washy but the graphics and content looked absolutely stunning.
  11. I love Assassins Creed and I did prefer the older games set in older times, so I'm glad to see us head to Egyptian times. --- Post Updated --- WOW. That The Crew 2 trailer was 10/10, stunning.
  12. This Rabbid kingdom game is something I could see myself killing hours with and really enjoying if someone placed it in front of me for free, but this type of game doesn't make me want to hand over money or make me want to queue in line for. It does look like a pretty fun game though.
  13. No Aisha Tyler this year :( *turns off*
  14. Maybe it'll just be a fun relaxed kind of game? Afterall, TDU wasn't exactly the best driving game when it was released, I am intrigued by the concept of having boats and planes but they'll have to put as much effort into it as they do cars or else it'll seem a bit silly.
  15. The Crew 2: Grand Theft Auto Without All The Violence, coming to a store near you soon!
  16. Microsoft have just revealed the new 2018 Porsche 911 GT2 RS, the most powerful 911 ever created, they got the exclusive reveal as it will be the cover car for the new Forza Motorsport 7 game, not quite a car worthy of a cover imo as much as I love 911s, but that's not a debate for this thread. All we know is it has 640hp and is RWD. image from http://www.jalopnik.com 100 more hp than the Turbo and 60 more hp than the Turbo S, that's pretty decent, especially considering this is RWD, sounds like it still deserves to be nicknamed the widow-maker haha
  17. Well! There's only one way to find out! *Both myself and TDUCK do not endorse damaging laptops or trying to make things set on fire and cannot be held responsible for any damage/harm/death that happens as a result of that :p
  18. If you took a hammer to your laptop and it set on fire, the manufacturer would ask what the hell was going through your head when you did it, whereas driving quickly is the primary function of the Rimac and it should be prepared for a crash without bursting into flames imo  There are some scenarios where it can probably be forgiven, but from what we've seen this doesn't seem like one of them.
  19. Good to hear he's okay! It was a worrying period after seeing images of the crash before JC and the team confirmed he was okay. The images of the wrecked car are highly concerning, the crash wasn't at 250mph in extremely hot conditions..... but Rimac have spent a lot of time boasting very bold claims about the potential of this car and how fast it would go around the nurgburgring etc. Why did it burst into flames? Did the reason it burst into flames highlight an underlying issue with the car that might have caused the crash? Richard was surrounded by a film crew and emergency services when he crashed this car, but what if it was a customer who didn't have an entourage everytime he took the car out? The car bursting into flames is seriously not okay.
  20. Regular Car Reviews have done a documentary/podcast on Lee Iacocca, the guy behind the Mustang:
  21. Play nicely everyone, these games are meant to be fun, don't forget that :)
  22. Tickets to the benefit concert in Manchester tomorrow, £40 that goes straight to charity to see these is very reasonable when you consider tickets for big pop stars usually go for close to £100 normally:
  23. Those Astons really don't suit that livery imo, they're way too classy for all this hooning nonsense.
