  1. Hi, fellas! Well, here you go, just wanted to show of my car, as it seems fit here :) It's a 1995 Opel Vectra GT 2.0l 16v. 136hp, 0-100 in 8.9s and 223kph (138mph). It's a cheap and fun car, and this one only had about 77000miles on it when bought it in '06. No rust no halfassed pimpingattempts beeing made on it by previous owners (only 2 btw) :) This is the only thing i've made on the car, i changed airfilter for better breathing :) I'ts a 3" pipercross with my own adapter welded on. Turned out decent. I just had to get the car when i saw it on sale, as you can see above :) My dads car on the left and mine on the right, exactly the same model, year & color, only i have electrical windows in front and a sunroof, and he doesn't, he's very jelous of that :) Why an Opel and not a BMW M3 e46? Well, i hate loans, the only loan i have is on the house and thats it, I believe in REALLY owning stuff, and this was what me and my fiancée could afford at that moment. MUCH fun for the money though :) Btw it cost 25000 Skr (€2667.98, $4195.58, £2113.27)!
  2. Ok, thanks for the heads up! I got mine to work now, but only (it seems) because i changed the names of the station :)
  3. Hi, fellas! Well, i'm getting quite settled (again) in TDU and wanted to try some custom music, to have while driving around, so i followed this tutorial: "Test drive unlimited allows the user to have up to four custom radio stations, to bring they own custom mp3 tracks into the game, setting up these radio stations whilst as simple as it is has been a topic for discussion since the release of tdu itself. so lets begin by navigating to the location where we will make these stations. c:\my documents\testdriveunlimited\savegame\yourprofilename\Radio the end part of the above link is the first step in creating your radio stations, you have to manually make this folder. to do this simply right click in a blank area within the window and select new folder, rename it to "Radio" and then press the enter key to confirm the action. and you should see this. enter the new folder "Radio" by double clicking it now, once inside we need to create four radio stations. You can call these whatever you wish, but for the purpose of this tutorial im going to call them "station 1-2-3-4" when its completed it should look like this... we have now created the folders required for our custom radio stations which in game will provide us with a total 8 radio stations to cruise too, four default stations provided by eden games and our personal four stations. at the minute none of our radio station contain any music. so in turn simply drag the required mp3 files into each folder. or place shortcuts into the station folders from your mp3 files. that's it - all done !!! TRACK LIMIT: i recommend for best results keeping the amount of mp3 in each station folder to a max of 20songs. the community has over time added 30-100 songs per folder, but report that they are sometimes forced to skip alot of tracks to get to the required one. if you are using multiple profiles you will have to setup different folders for each of the profiles. EDITING STANDARD STATIONS: you can also edit the standard stations, one of the old school forum members created a program that allows you to just that, but you can only overwrite the stations tracks, you cant exceed that figure so radio bot ingame, contains nine songs in total, so you can place nine custom tracks only in this folder. " But it doesn't work, when i first started i could switch to these stations i made, but no sound game (i had music turned on max in "audio-settings" and i had the volume to the max using my +key... Why didnt it work? I used simple standard mp3-format, but still nothing... Any help is appreciated :)
  4. Lolz i have to agree with TheScottishSpotter on this one :) That Nissan looks like it came right out of the box of ProStreet or something *brr horrible feeling*...

Cause i discovered that i can run pretty decen 4xAA and HDR in offline-profiles, but as soon as i go online and try those settings it lags the hellouta me...So is my 24mbit internet too slow to run TDU in a decent way? Get back to shooting those nice pics now :)
  7. Hehe, i did a little researchin' and found out the following: Lamborghini Gallardo Coupe Type :V-10 90 degree, 18 degree crankpin offset, light-alloy block, mid mounted (longitudal), permantent four-wheel drive with viscous traction system Distribution :Dual overhead camshafts Main bearings :n.a. Cyl. Capacity :4961 cc Bore & stroke :82.5 x 92.8 mm Intake system :Variable geometry Valve gear :Chain driven, intake and exhaust continuously variable valve timing, electronically controlled. Compr. ratio :11.0:1 Max. power :500 bhp (367 kW) at 7800 rpm Lamborghini Gallardo SE A rear view camera system was standard issue on the Gallardo SE, as were an amazing multimedia system, however a state of the art navigation system was still on the options list. The sport suspension and an exclusive cover also came with the car but there were still several other options available, like the e-Gear, which featured a 'thrust' mode to offer even more impressive acceleration by improving the gearchange through the different gears. And with the modified engine delivering 520 Bhp at 8000 rpm, it only took 4 seconds flat to reach 100 Km/h, and the top speed was up to 315 Km/h. Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder Type :V-10 90 degree, 18 degree crankpin offset, light-alloy block, mid mounted (longitudal), permantent four-wheel drive with viscous traction system Distribution :Dual overhead camshafts Main bearings :n.a. Cyl. Capacity :4961 cc Bore & stroke :82.5 x 92.8 mm Intake system :Variable geometry Valve gear :Chain driven, intake and exhaust continuously variable valve timing, electronically controlled. Compr. ratio :11.0:1 Max. Power520 bhp (367 kW) at 8000 rpm Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera Be removing about 100 Kg from the original Gallardo and installing a new, light weight exhaust system combined with a newly programmed ECU and a new throttle body, the V10 engine pumps out 530 Bhp in the Superleggera compared to 520 Bhp in the 'normal' Gallardo, which results in a 0 to 100 Km/h time of only 3.8 seconds, a full 0.2 seconds faster than the standard Gallardo. This weight loss puts the Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera at the top of the Gallardo model line and boasting a better weight to power ratio than any of it's direct competitors on the market today. Lamborghini Gallardo LP560/4 Both the front and taillights now use LED technology to 'enlighten' the road ahead and to warn people behind you are hitting the brakes which are optionally available in Ceramic version naturally. But not only the exterior was worked on, the well known V10 engine now pumps out no less than 560 Bhp, hence the LP560 naming, while the '/4' denoted the permanent four-wheel drive system known from the Diablo VT back in the early Nineties, the Gallardo LP560/4 is one mean looking machine, available in innovative matte colors when ordering it through the Ad Personam programme, in addition to the matte brown shade it is also available as matte white and matte black. So, there you go :)

  17. Hi, fellas! I read on the official atariforum that someone had their own mp3s running, instead of those weird radiostation-tracks. I have found the mp3-folder in the installationfolder, but i added some of my own mp3s into that folder and nothing happened, anyone knows how to do it? Kind regards, Robert *Give me my Countach and F40!!!!* Lidstroem
  18. Hmm is this the DLC content or just a patch to fix glitches? Since people are talking about the Audi RS4 (which isnt in the original 1.01-game)? Is some cars added?
