    German Cops Hunt For 62mph Skater By Sky News SkyNews - Wednesday, September 3 02:31 pm German police are trying to track down a skateboarder who sped down a steep stretch of motorway at 62mph (100kmh). They believe the man who raced down the Ulm-Stuttgart motorway for two miles before he stopped and fled was a professional stuntman, Goeppingen police spokesman Uli Stoeckle said. A video of the skateboarder, broadcast on German TV, showed a helmeted figure wearing a red and white protective suit. He is seen building up speed by holding onto the back of a motorcycle before letting go and freewheeling. The film clips show several cars escorting the skateboarder, enabling his collaborators to record the event. The clips have since surfaced on websites. The German magazine Stern said the mystery man is known in skateboarding circles as a professional stuntman and takes part in international downhill competitions. Mr Stoeckle said the man faces charges for interfering with traffic safety and endangering motorists, and would lose his driver's licence and face a "substantial fine". He denied media reports the skateboarder would face a one-year jail sentence. There are no speed limits on German motorways but there are restrictions on many sections, especially steep and dangerous stretches. The section the skateboarder was using has an 80km an hour (50 mph) speed limit

    Very good choice of custimization there, and love the way that they went for a rally car replica look rather than an OTT car. And the interior customisation is immense.

    The only reason I said something is that you was revealing and was looking for detailed info about this sites costs which, imo, is not any of your business or anyone else on the forum apart from the people who are paying it.     Ah k, thanks Kal. I reckon I might be swaying towards a HD4870 GPU (not the x2) as its better than the GTX260 and alot cheaper than the GTX280. (and the fact there aren't many veriations unlike the nVidia GPU's).

    Just noticed the registrations are going up fast aswell. Was 21 the toher day and 25 new members to day with 180 vists. I remember when it used to be 30 visits a day with2 or 3 new members.

    General curiosity basically and as it'll take ages to look through everyones Rigs thought this would be good, so vote on what you've got. If you vote for other could you please state, and if you vote for the other if you could post what its is i.e. duo, quad or hd4780, GTX280, point of view, asus, etc. cheers You can vote on more than one option btw, so pick you CPU and your GPU.

    Don't quote me on this but I think the fines add up over time so if you keep loosing the shields when you do eventually get caught its higher. I think thats right but don't quote me on it.

    Wow that is alot of hits. I can see it keep growing by the day with the more mods that come out and when they start releasing info on TDU2 and when the *cough* website *cough* gets online. Seriously though it is a massive acheivement and as you say Diablo its the people on here that do it and the respect we have for one another old and new. I also noticed on the visitor page that we are getting a wider range of country flags appearing aswell.

    Been surfing the interweb trying to spec this PC I'm going to attempt to build when I stumbled across this thread about what version of Vista which in turn turns into a OEM vs Retail debate on Vista. For those who cannot be bothered to read all the thread, the most important part of the thread which is an email from MS explaining what "DIY/selfbuilders" should use. So if this is the case, do other OEM components/software available on the market thus voiding any warrenty on the products you buy?? Just a thought and wondered what other fellow system builders thought.
