I know I've left but I blundered onto this topic. I agree with these two, I've been waiting for someone to finally come out with it. +rep. I'm going to sound like a martial art fanatic but its called etiquette(a code of unwritten rules that are made up by social convention. e.g. having manners is etiquette.) Posting constantly is called SPAM (Stupid Pointless Annoying Posts), its not good etiquette and is very annoying. Thats why people have go's at you. Its taken you 9 months to understand that. Anyway I've waffled so I'm off, I won't be looking at this topic again.

I wouldn't get insured as a 17 year old just passing my driving test. Or the insurance would be very high.

I suppose I should have said more. Just to say, I'm only going to be using it to go to school (6-7 miles), doing short journeys (e.g going for a small drive, going to pick up things) and maybe the odd long journey. I really don't give a crap what people think, its my decision not their's and I live my own life, its cheaper in the long run, 85 miles to the gallon and insurance group 2 is cheaper for me and my parents paying it. Plus I've seen more men with smarts then girls. If I didn't get a Smart I would look at a Fiat 500 because they just look awesome and they have very good ratings.

I swear ALL the time. And I mean that. I try not to but I can speak my swearing language better than english most of the time. I'm going to try cut down on it because I've got into a lot of trouble over the years by swearing.

Hey guys, I turn 17 in July and for my first car me and my parents have considered getting a 2nd hand Smart ForTwo cos its cheap on insurance, easy to park, does 70 miles to the gallon so cheaper fueling. I just want to know if any of you guys have one on here, if you do could you tell me if its worth buying and what are the pros and cons? Cheers. :)
