Yeah I saw that before. the major dissadvantage though is you're limited to layout, characters and the size is far too small for making your own plate. It needs to be 256x128.

Oh ... OK. You can either download GIMP, which will work in exactly the same way. Or wait for me to make you one later. But you may not get that until tomorrow or later ... GIMP works in a very similar way, is free and contains lots of Photoshop features. As they just copied a lot of the code, but then could not sell it this way.
