  1. Eh, only thing I really like about Buick's is their engine :D.
  2. nice work diablo! :D
  3. Its all good fun except for Iced's spam... j/k :D
  4. I guess it was after I was playing Quake3. I was a Quaker hehe
  5. Well mine was Scarface.au as I loved the movie (the .au was to indicate that I am from Australia), and I shortened it to ScaR because it is easier to call out during shoutcasts lol.
  6. Yes it is a good idea, although I thought it would be a separate module instead of just in the profile ( IE a sub-section in it). Oh well shows you what I know OT: lol Iced I see you fixed it.
  7. Haha max, my cousin does something similar, with the tractor pull. He has an old Bulldog tractor with a 335 hp / 560 lbft Turbo Diesel in it :) In RL I pwn at GO-Karting, knowing all Australian built cars (not really hard at all lol), and riding my 4x4 motorbike over massive jumps :D.
  8. Back in the day I played it, got good, (20 thousandth in the world) then moved. Stopped playing it, started again after a while (60 thousandth by then) and gave up after a while.
  9. But your suing it? taking it to court? nugget?! :D E: http://law.freeadvice.com/general_practice/suing_being_sued/
  10. To me it looks like a demented Ferrari F430. Danm, that means the engines of cars such as the HSV series (VXR8=Clubsport) with their LS2 powerplant may be ceased in the future :(
  11. Yes, but it was Diablo who had to input it into the site. (I hate anything to do with coding) But alas, credit should, as you said, go to S7ING3R for pushing Diablo to actually do it :)
  12. Iced, why are you suing your DVD recorder? Nice work Diablo, maybe add a slot for PSU?? :) (oh and I paid for and built my computer all by myself)
  13. same. As for the drifting, I just control-powerslide the XFG around the track for some lols
  14. Sad, only a young actor with great talent. Some sleeping pill that causes you to sleepwalk is thought to have something to do with it.
  15. must be seeing things. My mum has a 2004 Nissan Patrol ST-S, 4.2L 132KW intercooled turbo diesel/biofuel. Slow in traffic, heavy, great for towing/4WDing I have a 2002 Holden Commodore VXII 3.8L ECOTEC (Buick) V6. average MPG, heavyish, 152KW so not underpowered. :D
  16. McLaren F1 GTR Definitely.
  17. Pentium D is just 2 pentium 4's on the one core. 8500GT is a bare basic (very cheap) DX10 card
  18. wow, exactly a month before mine :) Happy birthday dude.
  19. Yeah, the ability to listen to Internet radio in-game is what I was expecting in TDU, but it was missing. Also, Improved traffic. Not how they drive, but much more variety in the traffic, and maybe some "regular cars" within the traffic. Also having the occasional supercar/sports car in traffic WITHOUT it wanting to race you would be pretty mad. 3rd thing: <I Know its supposed to be 2> Some more Australian cars WITH Australian branding. I know the 360 got the efijy but that was concept, and it never reached PC.
  20. Porsche 911
  21. For CPU speed, you need a new Processor(easy option), or you can try overclocking (hard option) For RAM, you can just buy sticks and put them in your computer easily.
  22. Mate, RAM won't change your ability to increase AA. This is because, for instance 4xAA is post processing, where the screen to be shown is rendered 4 times as apposed to 1 time to reduce jagged edges on textures. therefore, by logic, quartering your FPS. Your GFX card's core does all of this. [Meant to be informative not inflammatory] Oh and for the record, I run Fraps with my 8800GTS with 4X AA and HDR at a steady 30 FPS, and without fraps about 70. (1280x1024) When I was testing the overclocking of both my processor and my GFX card by 5%, I was getting about 60 Fraps FPS and 90-120 regular FPS.
  23. I forgot to mention this but I have thoroughly played the game, and fiddled with the settings (might just be his controller?) but still the PC version wins me over ;)
  24. I have played both the 360 and PC versions of TDU (my bro has it on his 360) and I have to say the PC version, while shortchanged, has a much better fun-factor, and is much more rewarding when you are actually playing the game. The controls for instance on the 360, are annoying at best. When you are actually driving, there is a fine line between steering lightly and steering heavily with the 360. I am not saying the PC version is perfect, with multiple bugs, and lack of DLC, im just saying that it is in fact better than the 360 version. Also, the reason PC's online is so bad is because hardly anyone forwards their ports, and on a peer hosted online system, it kinda doesn't work.
