I guess it depends how you got hold of the title. If you purchase from a recognised/registered retailer then receiving a ban for playing a game is 100% illegal. What M$ should do is contact you and ask for details of your purchase. If there is some wierd clause in then XBL user agreement then it would be an 'illegal contract' which make the whole thing void anyway! That makes no difference! Is so easy to set up a new live account and t=you get your first 'Gold' month for free, during which time its simple to cancel and transfer your old payment details without losing out.

Those certs were registered in Nov 07, so they can't be for any current game. Unless Atari/eden's admin staff are that bad. -

Yeah i just got an 80 trial of 360 wit why new laptop. Its complete rubbish, even worse than McAfee. Gonna buy another kaspersky product as soon as i can

Probably? is a vague assumption. Surly if you can get inside the thing to change the hdd without voiding the warranty, then all you need is a few soft brushes/cotton buds/vacum cleaner, to clean it

The laptop versions have the same features as the consoles themselves. Unless you want to blow the PS3's firmware and install linux...

I did have them a while ago. wish i never deleted them. Rockstar still advertise them as 'free' on their site though.

Loads of graphical updates and quite a few more blocks. haven't played it much since i gave up working for TMX, but this update has brought me back in for a bit. Awesome game, and the best PC community there is!
