Yes, new. No swapping, colour mods or measly stuff like that. New BBS alloys for the Murcielago.     Okay, infamous n00b moment... I'm missing the problem here... They were fake Ferraris, sold as fake Ferraris to people who knew they were fake Ferraris. How is that any different to the (as far as I'm aware) perfectly legal bodykits you can buy for Toyota MR2s, etc, to make your car look like a Ferrari?

    Well no, I'd buy the game as well if they happen to be the same price. But why would Atari re-release a game with extra content, and not charge more? That would cause massive losses, surely? People who don't already have the game will be effectively buying the extra content and getting a free game.

    Nope, they only see the car you swapped it for - the game reads pretty much all the data off your own hard drive.
