I think this case is different Sponge. This time I'm quite sure its photoshop blur because of its quality, not even in TDU you are able to do such a nice blur like that. And remember that TDU only blurrs "x" part of the screen, theres an other part that doesn't get blurred which is not this case. I still could be wrong though :p edit: Was there somthing wrong with my entry since my picture isn't there anymore. I put it back now but I'm not sure if it was a mod who deleted it. If it was a mod then plz PM me telling me the problem.

I agree on exterminating the animal if its unatural from the country AND causes major "damage" to wildlife. Other than that, its just cruel.

You can't affirm that, its just a supposition. And if Speed or the member who decided the week's theme approved it, then it means the picture didn't break any rules, they're the ones who decide anyways. I don't think so, with just a tiny bit of in-game blur, you can get a picture like that. I'm saying this because I've already done it, but I could be wrong, again, its up to speed or who ever won last week to decide, not us.
