Basically a big event, gives private car owners (and sometimes companies) a chance to show off their cars. This year the theme was Movie Cars, but there was lots of other nice cars aswell. NEVER update with the game running. Now do 1) Uninstall 2) Reinstall 3) Restart PC 4) Go here, download and install the patch. 5) Restart PC again. Now you should be good to go
