Ah, ok. So because Microsoft were making a lot of money from their X360 consoles that justifies them ditching their loyal Xbox gamers?

I quite like 7 a lot, it has the speed of XP with the UI of Vista. And the homegroup feature is VERY useful, as are the new display features for multiple windows. I would highly suggest giving it a try. I've only had it for about 2-3 weeks and I love it already.

Saw it, not that bothered, and don't really believe it will affect your chances that much anyway.

Wow, the new Mazda 3 looks pretty damn nice! And I HIGHLY DOUBT that XF-R will hit 225mph :p.

I would say go for Vista. All the "Vista sucks" rumours are lies, Vista is a good OS, I've had 64-bit Ultimate for about a year now and I love it. But go for 32-bit Vista, 64-bit sucks the life out of your RAM...

I really don't think so kal. I mean sure, that thing AMD (or whoever it was) were doing (that looks like real life) will be better, but seriously think about it: they really cannot get better.

Ok, I usually hate the XF (mainly because it's basically just another Mondeo) but XF-R = WIN! I R WANT NAO!!!! It looks so nice in white too :D. But it would be more of a show car for me, I don't really like the interior :p.

Fixed. I loved the Iosis, why did they have to ruin it with the release of this? And yes, the FT-HS it VERY nice. And come on, the Shelby Cobra Concept isn't even a concept anymore. It's been at too many shows and in too many games for too long now to be a concept. It's now just "that weird convertible that doesn't actually exist but hey! It's in MC:LA and TDU and ToCA anyway :p".

Yeah, the Wii sucks... But it is fun with other people come over :D. And we don't need any new consoles yet, we've only just upgraded. I know Sony don't plan on another Playstation console for another 10 years, and to be honest, they don't need to. Same with X360, they don't need to make another console for another few years yet, everyone is enjoying both of them right now, there's no need to upgrade again. But when the X720 comes out, I do hope Microsoft don't do the same as they did when the X360 comes out and just completely cut off the previous console gamers. I was a very happy Xbox gamer until the X360 came out and the Xbox apparently didn't exist to Microsoft anymore. That's the only reason I haven't bought an X360; I'd love to have one, but there's no way they're getting my money after that. But to be honest, graphics right now (for X360, PC & PS3) are pretty much the best they can get IMO. I mean how can it look any better than 250k polygons per vehicle in GT5? Or 100k polygons per vehicle in MC:LA? Hopefully when game companies realise they can't get any better graphics than they are right now they will actually start making good games instead of just graphical games, like on the PS1. [/rant]

Yeah, so was I. If you have a PSP with 1.5 firmware or custom firmware on it you can emulate Gran Turismo 1-4 through a couple of emulators, but not that great frame rate :(.

That's weird, it's not happened to me before so I don't know what to do... Did it just clear your cart? Or did it charge you and not give you the stuff? Just try it again, could just be a bug.

It will only show your PSN ID if you've made a Portable ID unfortunately :(. And if you have made one, just put your PSN ID in the box (I spent about 20 minutes earlier trying different combinations of the links it gave me to get it to show when I just had to put my PSN ID in in the end xD).

SLRRR, you do have a point. Instead of doing stupid X360 to PC ports (come on, who actually thought that would be a good idea??) they should do PC to X360 ports, that would make everyone happy. Consoles are good, but PC gaming is much better IMO, but a lot of game companies just make a lot more money in the console market, which is why we end up with console to PC ports instead of the other way round like the old days...

No, you don't have to register on the site, but click on the PSN logo on me (next to the XFire and Windows logo). See the thing that comes up? That's called a Portable ID. You have to go on the site to make one, but you don't HAVE to register your PS3 on the site, I just thought I might as well seeing as I was on there, but it really makes no difference if you don't ;).

I'll try again on the EU site in a minute and I meant I don't know the month and year... I didn't think I'd need to remember :p. EDIT: Ok, went on the UK site and after a bit of pointless stupid transferring stuff that didn't work I got it to register. Tyvm Nodz for the help ;). +rep

Ok, I just went onto the Playstation site to register my PS3. When you register it it asks you for your Serial Number (on the barcode on the back of the PS3 by the HDMI port) and your date of purchase for the PS3. For one, how am I meant to remember the date of purchase for the PS3? But my main complaint is the stupid serial number doesn't work :mad:. I've copied it exactly from the barcode onto the site 3 times and it keeps saying it's invalid :S. Has anyone else had this problem?

The last article I saw concerning it with one of the Gran Turismo team said they were still developing it, but were very busy with GT HD, so now I guess they're mainly working on GT5, so don't expect a release until a while after GT5 (which will be around winter 2011 probably, seeing as they are saying summer 2010 now).
