    The number of disciplines is the more important stat in this game for me. + So many tracks. I find that I don't play with that many road cars in game anyway.

    I want to drive an uninterrupted lap around the island but it's too hard to navigate I wonder how the story will try to make sense of you driving around that far when you can catch a plane.

    The game is community assisted - those members have been assisting the devs with making generic liveries. The Manager perk allows you to bring your own real life brand/logo into the game. 'Those few' photoshop experts have also been assisting the managers in making their car liveries. They're happy to do it since it gets their work out there, makes the game they care about look good, and may create job opportunities. 2 members have already been formally hired by SMS.

    cool I think you can specify odd resolutions in the command line for taking portrait photos too.

    yep, prefer cars to be in a good state for photos, unless the photos are of crashes

    Car gets washed when you visit the map. Good enough for me.

    Yep - sound is tied to framerate When you discover that the mood is tied to location rather than time it gets a bit old. If you're on a twisty road it can go from sunny to foggy to sunny very quickly.
