    We know that if a game goes over-time (big delays) it also goes significantly over-budget (dev wages, etc). Car licenses are generally a significant investment, so reducing some of those at least for the short term (i.e. renegotiate for DLC) helps keep things in the black.

    It means you get those 2 specs for free with the pack. There could possibly be more that you have to buy yourself with Bucks. Just like there are probably more than a couple of rims to choose from.

    Well when you find out what the problem is let us know. Better to run Beta versions of windows inside a VHD container or on another partition.

    Being the pioneer have you considered doing your own troubleshooting? Maybe start with Compatibility mode.
