  1. They can't keep them coming if they're not in the Beta anymore
  2. Try asking at the Tm Exchange forums http://united.tm-exchange.com/main.aspx
  3. Well they could try and get close to the map size TDU1 had 4 years ago
  4. Did you get a plaster cast for us all to eSign? Hope everything goes back to normal for you soon. I can't believe no-one's made an electronic plaster cast signing website thingie - I should patent it and live off the royalties.... in a carbord box. :)
  5. Welcome to Australia, erm I mean these forums :p
  6. When I was looking for parts I found the AMD naming convention too confusing. There's no way of knowing how good an AMD CPU is unless you get a benchmark chart. Intel used to be better with their naming as well, but I am able to follow it. The Core2 range is over a year old now anyway - the current ones are the i5's and i7's. (i3's aren't really for gaming). Pick the highest number for the best and drop down a few until you've got one you can afford.
  7. If I had a penny for every time I had to wait '300 years' for a computer-illiterate to accomplish something while I stood nearby.......... :)
  8. Nice job - I can see why they keep making the 911 though instead of that one :p
  9. I did the practice, qualifying and race for the first GP race (Sakhir) which took about an hour. It was ok I guess, but I regret electing to do 5 seasons :)
  10. Thanks. How about some more pics from earlier this year from our 'drift cruise', where we drive up and down every dead end and twisty road that would normally get skipped in a circuit around the island Can you spot all 4 players in this pic? Titanic scene: I tend to take more pics of the failed drift attempts than the good ones - you'd think we were pathetic drivers looking at some of those
  11. We already know breakfast has been served - there is no more ontopicness available to discuss here.
  12. I've got at least 15 unique free to air digital TV stations - they don't all broadcast Skippy on them (Of course we get Futurama here. Sometimes too many UK and US programs are broadcasted over here). The BTCC series is good though
  13. Hi obliv In the Logitech Profiler - I have the following settings: Overall Effects Strength - 100% Spring Effect Strength - 10% Damper Effect Strength - 50% Enable Centering Spring in FF Games - No Centering Spring Strength - 5% Report Combined Pedals - No Degrees of Rotation - 243 Allow Game to Adjust Settings - Yes In TDU - Options - Controls - last tab Steering sensitivity to about 75% Steering Linearity to about 25% (or they're the other way around, can't remember). Steering Bars sensitivty is only for when you're on a motorbike in the game, for which I would use a keyboard (not that I ever use them). Hope this helps. If you have Steam, come join our group at http://steamcommunity.com/groups/JustCruisin If you don't have Steam, you can get it from www.steampowered.com We mainly use it for chatting in game (prefer it to xfire), and it's also a good place to buy/download games (always cheaper than EB).

  14. Welcome. I'll PM my G25 settings when I get home if I remember. You should also consider joining the 'Just Cruising' Steam group which is mainly made up of Australian TDU players who use hardcore mode. :)
  15. I know the episode - just teasing :p Why wouldn't I have seen Futurama
  16. I've seen it and still have no idea what you're on about
  17. Thanks for the :bump: I've been playing LBP and GTR2 these days anyway
  18. I hope any released DLCs come on all platforms this time, otherwise it'll be the last EA/CG game I buy I think
  19. I prefer the Soft Cell version :) TDU2 will probably beat NFS at their own game anyway
  20. Most new console games sell for about $90 to $120 AUD retail here. I typically pay $60 or less for all my games via Steam or Ebay. Gran Turismo will likely have versions costing more though, and it will take a while for it to become cheap on Ebay - so I may end up spending around $80 on it.
