What you just wrote, I already know, in terms of how stuff works.. But I am not sure you understood what I meant :] I mean, of course, you should try to keep your OS drive as "clean" as possible, that's correct. But when having games on the same drive as the OS, I do not need to manually delete it from the external drive that I installed the game on. I know, a bit lazy, but I guess I have to change that. Problem is I have so much data, that I have to prioritize what goes where, and since I can afford losing the games when I format my drive, I put them on the OS drive, cuz I can't afford to lose my personal data which then of course goes to external drives.. Anyways thanks for the tips, it's kind of you :)

Thanks for that tip buddy :) I've got 3 physical drives in my PC :) But I have another way of organizing my data, I used to install games on an external drive, but after formatting the OS drive many of my games wouldn't work, some would, but not all.. So I decided that all apps and games to be installed along with OS, my personal data on external drives , that way I won't lose valuables when formatting the OS drive, except if I didn't back up my Gamesaves which I do .. :) But thanks a lot buddy :) ---------- Post added at 21:21 PM ---------- Previous post was at 21:18 PM ---------- Thanks a lot pal :) But maybe it's connected to what Nobby76 said ? Well, I might be wrong of course.. Just trying to be a bit optimistic here in the winds of negativity.. Although I fully understand people are upset with this game and the customer care from Eden/Atari, I am as well..

Just read this over from TDU2 forums: "A lot of your fellow players have pointed this out but I know you are looking for an offical word. We are still working to get DLC2 ready for final release, at this date there is no confirmed release date. Some folks have referenced the December 7th, 2011 post: “The exact date of release hasn’t been determined yet but it’s looking to be in February 2012." http://forums.testdriveunlimited2.co...ad.php?t=59907 At the time of posting, this was looking like a possible date, but due to the scale of the new features we’re implementing this is no longer the case. We don’t have a date we can announce, but as soon as we do you guys will be the first to know. DLC2 is close. Atari and Eden are doing everything we can to get the new content out as soon as possible, but we need to get everything running perfectly before we unleash it on the road. Thanks, but luckily I am not stupid, and I tend to read instructions, so by saying "I copied all the files where they are supposed to be", then I meant that I already did unpack the game, so I got the vehicules map etc where I've got the interior, rim, high etc subfolders :) But even if I replaced the files with these modded ones, I don't see the Bmw ingame, it's still a Ferrari.. So I don't know what went wrong :) EDIT: Never mind, I fixed it myself..

Hey, very nice mod! I really like it ! I'd like some help though, I did download this and copied all the files over where they should be, and then I open the game by using the Universal launcher, but ingame, I still have the 308 Gts.. There is no Bmw :( Can somebody please help?

Alright, I got it fixed after a lot of research outside this forum. Tip: You have to disable UAC in Win7! It would be nice if this was added to that tutorial on the wiki site, it could save people from a lot of frustration! Thanks.

These are the same steps on the wiki page buddy :) and that's what I already did (like 5 times).. But I got no luck :( I'll try download it again and give it a go.. Will report back.. Bump! Nobody is able to help me? :(

So, I went on and followed the link to the TDU2 wiki site, grabbed both the unpack script and the Universal Launcher.. I followed the instructions, extracting to main TDU2 folder etc.. Ran the unpack script, it started up fine, I let it finish (took around 10 min).. Then under BNK folder, I still only have "Video" folder, not all the other folders that I need :/ Also I have noticed my Free space amount on my hdd hasn't changed, it is still the same after the "unpacking" :( Please, somebody, anybody help me! :( It would be much appreciated :)

*Notice update* I have been busy for a while, and will still be for a month, therefore activity level is not at it's highest at the moment. Hopefully eXile and Dvd will be around to keep things going while I'm gone. Until then, have a great summer, and I'll see you guys on the other side of July.:) GhostRacerGTI

URA special event goes LIVE - Mafia Cruise - Monday 13th of June 2011 @ 8pm BST This is the Unlimited Road Adventures fourth official (but special) event. The theme on this event is all about chasing down our victims.! You will need a black car that suits the Mafia codex (ex Mercedes CLK 63, Audi A5 black). You will also need to wear a black/dark suit. We will be rolling until someone shows up, and the chase will start. The goal is to bring our victim to a full stop, then we'll let him/her know, that she had been "Owned" by the Mafia via in-game Chat. There is a possibility that our victims might be in a faster car than us, but the challenge is to work together on the hunt. We will be doing some photoshoots somewhere in between. The Godfather is calling, get your Mafia act together and meet us on Monday! Obviously, only 6 people can attend this special event, as the game servers are restricted to hold 8 players max. Type: Special Event - Mafia Cruise Road Rules: No road rules, but avoid crashing. Restriction: Mafia style cars / "sedan-like cars" Island: Ibiza. Meeting place: As usual, South of the Airport.
