Just a point with ORBX regional addons: You must disable that region in FTX Central when flying outside of this region. So if flying between regions you must save the flight close FSX and then load the relevant region or select default and load FSX again. If you don't do this you get huge errors with Autogen as ORBX scenery replaces this with their own. Hopefully with the release of Orbx Global due to be released soon this will eliminate these errors. ORBX is great in those regional flights but anything more you will need to go through the hassel of saving and closing fsx.

Please list if its Payware or Freeware and if Freeware give links to where others can get that addon! ------------------- Here is my list REX Essentials + OverDrive (Environment addon that basically adds much better clouds, Water and weather effects into your FSX!) PAYWARE! EZdok (Set camera positions for different aircraft, Can even add camera shake and head movement) PAYWARE! ENB Series (Better lighting effects) FREEWARE! Think this uses the basic GTASA mod with different settings, Not sure where i got mine from will find it in a bit and link later!

Just completely forgot about today's race, With it being the Easter long weekend, Back to my normal routine for next weekend though :) -
I have installed only a select few and having to defrag 30% fragmented files in the FSX folder! Will have to install some addon planes next though so i actually have something to fly in lol

Nice FSX shots guys :D Think FSX should get its own forum :D Then we can have our own stuff in there! Will post some screenshots at some point, in the process of installing addon's and it fragments the hard drive ridiculous amounts!

I will definitely need more practice when it comes to FSX! Installing some of my scenery addons and plane addons before i try and learn though! :) That server was interesting but it wasn't made clear that they gave us taxi clearance to runway 25 when there isn't a runway 25 at that airport! :/

Trying to set my FSX to run properly and for the life of me can't get it to hook onto my main monitor properly. When i first run FSX it loads up Full Screen on my secondary monitor which i don't want. So put it into window mode and drag it to my main monitor and maximize it but not put it in full screen. If i quit out like this and re-launch it comes back to this state but when i try putting it into full screen it will go weird and sit between the 2 monitors? Anyone got any help on this as would like to run full screen as i hate running it in window mode!

Shall have a look at MSI Afterburner and see what results i get (: Think i am now off the idea as you have very strong points against the drive. Will use the £80 else where on my computer!

That would be great if we did have a TDUCK virtual Airline! I have it installed but looking at getting into it more and doing more video's of flights etc so this would defiantly bring me into FSX more.

Most of my Fraps recordings i use and then delete same as when i use my BlackMagic. If i wanted to keep them i can archive them off but i read recording to SSD's give better framerate?

What if i used this as a primary drive with OS installed and all programs & games? Then use my standard SSD for video editing and recording?

I have read many great reviews about these as primary drives but nothing really about using them as secondary. I could technically use it as a primary drive and use my 64Gb SSD for other things like fraps recordings and other things that need faster speeds etc?

So saw one of these and i am kinda tempted, Just want to see what other peoples opinions on these are. I have a 64Gb SSD as a boot drive and will be keeping that but looking to have this to replace my secondary drive. My secondary drive basically has games installed aswell as all my documents etc. Also it is where Fraps records gameplay footage for my video's Would i notice a significant difference to my standard 1tb drive? Amazon have some pretty good reviews but what do you think?
