Yeah 15th in US, 17th in EU. I think it will be somewhat simulation-like (definately more realistic than previous NFS') as it's not EA Blackbox developing it.

There is an alpha-stage IM messenger in Xfire itself, which has AOL and Live Messenger. Just click Tools > Manage Instant Messenger Accounts (ALPHA) and add it there. I haven't tried it though so don't know how it works. :)

I was talking about the ground being purple... :rolleyes: About the blur, there seems to be slight blur on the wheels, might be wrong though, the smoke may cause that effect. Otherwise it looks like ingame blur.

The concrete ingame looks purple in certain light so I don't think it's photoshopped.

Well I stumbled across this bug today. With it you can race SP races with HC Mode physics or if you want for example to film in HCM but don't want the HC logo in the screen, you'll be able to with this (*cough*Ryzza*cough* :cheeky:). I tested but you can't race normal-mode drivers in MP races; when you join a race the physics go back to normal mode. :) Note!!!: Backup your profile! You never know what happens and if you press wrong while you're doing this it's gonna stuff up your profile (new game)!!! So first go in the game on HC Mode, then go to free drive and press Esc to get the menu. Then press New Game AND press Back (Watch out, so you don't press OK!) Then just Resume, jump to the map and you should have the SP races but with HCM physics and you shouldn't have the H logo there anymore. Enjoy! :D

Yep, exactly, it's a game bug, happens to me too. That's why I almost never take tunnel pics, because it usually hard to get it to not go outside it.

Microsoft has agreed to let users choose the browser, though it wouldn't come with the disc but it would be downloaded. This isn't final yet though so it may change. More on here.
