  1. Oh, yeah, I always released mods full of bugs, all of my mods had so incredibly many bugs, they were unplayable. I also replaced my mods with Rule's always right after I released mine, my mods were as bad.
  2. -The circle things in the Bumper are cameras, not lights. They are Glossy black, not silver -Brake discs and calipers are not from RS6 -Something wrong in your wheel arch This are just the mistakes you would probably not fix.
  3. There is a difference between High poly and high quality! I see mistakes in your mod on this one screenshot already. Please take your time and don't rush like you always do!
  4. Why don't you take Forza's Agera and put the R wing on it?
  5. Ouch, this quality really hurts.. I hope you're going to improve it in the release versions.
  6. Video tutorial: Importing your own cars from Forza | turboduck forum Tutorial: Importing / Creating Your Own Basic Car Mod For TDU | turboduck forum COMB@T_$HOTGUN's Modding Tutorial for everyone ((( UPDATE: Good news guys ))) | turboduck forum A little bit of research wouldn't be bad, for the next time.
  7. There are many problems with it. -The car is undriveable from outside (you can't see anything but the back of the car) -TDU's physics engine can't handle the car- t barely moves by full throttle (too heavy) -Off-roading is not possible due to lack of grip -TDU does not support 6 wheels -it adds camber to every rim, which my 6-wheels method is not compatible with Just to tell some of the problems PS: there is not a single car with 6 wheels working. The trucks got 4 moving rims and 2 are standing still. You just don't see it because the rims look plain.
  8. I kind of tried it  It's annoying that TDU can't work with that, but hey, let's be serious, it wasn't made for a 3-axis, 4 ton SUV. So actually who is actually surpriced that it didn't work haha :cheeky: coming back to regular cars soon
  9. Some secrets need to be kept for a reason :) As people are breaking up my mods anyway to educate themselfes () you will find it out after release most likely.
  10. As TDU is flooded with half finished mods at the moment, I really consider to make some non-forza mods for you soon. List would be on hold (not only for the fact I actually got barely time for modding). E46 will be finished most likely, but as I got finals at the moment, I don't exactly know when I'm going to take on modding again. This is what I am playing around with at the moment.
  11. Sorry to come into the thread for no real reason, but don't you feel that your mods probably need some improvements yourself? That's how I learned it. When people report bugs, try to fix it, and don't just give the mods up.
  12. well thats basic informatic. To make the file size of a picture smaller, is rather to scale it down, or to decrease quality. You can't have both. That has nothing to do with the software. I am using Photoshop for 6 years now by the way. EDIT: other formats vary in the size of the final document, but as you need it in DDS anyway I left out that fact previously, this is just FYI.
  13. So you want a picture of the same messurements with the same quality but smaller file size?:oook:
  14. Yeah thats definitly no real brabus
  15. The big difference between making official models for a game and creating a model from scratch as a mod is that game developers are making money by selling the game, modders usually don't take fees for a mod by putting it out for free. Modders which take money for mods are stupid imo anyway
  16. I have had business administration in design topic for 3 years, and can tell you that this actually IS legal, as you are "quoting" the design by making a 3D model using their logos. A 3D model is never 100% accurate, so it's not a 1:1 copy, which indeed makes it properpty of the creator.
  17. Good, that's how you progress, always compare to a real model :) And just don't rush, quality over quantity
  18. As a tip, always google both - interior and exterior - to make sure you don't make anything wrong :) As you can see, the stitching is really probably twice as big in your mod than it is in real life :)
  19. Amazing! :) I am thinking to re-install my TDU just for that :cheeky: though I don't have time to play right now, so I probably gonna wait till the "Update TDU" Patch version instead of the Database replacement (in case this didn't happen already, otherwise I desperately need to play, but I still don't have time  )
