What SuperHyper did was not even remotely write a swear word, and if you paid any attention to the remote going on's of this forum you'll see that even moderators and admins use the *inserts swear word here* thing. You should be able to go on pretty much max, seems like you've got a good spec pc there. My fiancé has an Intel i7-720, 4GB DDR3, Asus GTX460 768MB OC and 64bit Win7 and he can run it on complete maximum.

Another thing to add onto what everyone has been saying, upgrade your RAM! 2GB DDR2 isn't very good these days. Especially not on a PC used for gamin. I'd say upgrade to 4GB DDR3 and you'll notice better performance overall and not just in games.
