I've got nothing against the real Viper, it's actually one of the only decent american cars there are/was in today's time. But the one in the game totally sucks.

You're better off not finding it... A Dodge Viper barely letting go of the grip at full acceleration in 1st gear. Because that's how it is in real life too right?!

Just look at the Data for each car. BHP, NM, Weight, Power-to-Weight Ratio, gearbox type, Drivetrain. Then weigh that in against the prize for each car and you'll know which one is the most bang for the buck. Simple as that.

You don't slip it from a standstill. It's just full throttle and release and then 0.2 sec after you take off you release 75% of the throttle and it all looks perfectly normal. Then gears 2-7 is just like any other clutch, you don't notice anything odd when shifting. Very easy to learn with a few practices. And using the clutch with a gamepad you can change gear 50% faster than any flappy padel box since you don't have to let go off the throttle if you don't want to, so shifting happens instantly if you time it right. But the Grand Sport weighs 100 kg more :D Not sure that's relevant with the physics at hand tho... :lol:

It is however a good idea if you want to buy every car in the game so you can drive them. But cheating in races is pointless and stupid.

I use the clutch on my Gamepad every single time for TDU1, works great.

Are you admin? Firewalls? Maybe you need to Setup the graphics card in the menu (not in-game).

Oooh, im in the green zone :D ATI 4870 still delivers! Sadly my CPU isn't as happy, but nevertheless it works quite well. Didn't think the old AMD X2 6000+ series really would be That useless by today's standards :o

Sounds like something i had with CoD Black Ops, Every time i played it even just for a minute or 2 it totally froze up with a similar message i think. But i came to the conclusion that there is no fix and removed it :D This doesnt really help you tho :D Have you checked graphics drivers?

We've got that same sound for TDU1, only there it sounds a lot better :D

I tried deactivating Antivir when running it, but it still didn't help.

I bought the Camaro as an A4 vehicle too and tuned it to stage 2. Still a lot cheaper than buying one of those Astons or the XKR and it's not really worse in any way.

The 430 Scuderia is one of the worst sounding cars in the game :P It's just not even remotely a car sound at all. :D

There is a savegame file to DL (Google) that gets you like 880 billion dollars.

The V8 Vantage in those schools is impossible to drive without spinning it in next to every turn :o And it's slow :P

Thank god someone made a mod like this. It'll be much better to play now! Thanks! ;) It's no virus right? Cause my Avira Antivir detected it as such but i know it usually does that with cracks or keygens or these kinda programs.

What this game needs (in this order) is: - Camera position mod - Sound mods - Ability to change gear ratio's, ride heights, steering locks etc etc... (Or some of this permanently put in a patch) - Slight physics upgrade - Overall improved stuff here and there (for example the GT-R's rev limit at 8500k RPM) Only after all of this this comes new car models. When that's done we might start to have an actual game to talk about.

Is it worth buying just for the online part? I've been playing offline and it's alright-ish....

Speaking of clutches... Is it not possible to use the clutch with a Gamepad? I've got a Logitech Dual Action (which is supposedly supported) but i haven't gotten the clutch to work. Or haven't i tried enough?
