Edit : I Extract lgt_rof.2db and convert it to lgt_rof.DDS , Then I Open Photoshop And it doesn't work, what i have to do ? In Photoshop, I Havn't " Save As DDS file... "

you did actually install the DDS plugin, didn't you?

 

It works straight away for me, no configuring neccessary

Usually, the gauges are called Control.2db. But it varies on some cars.
