[E30 FTW!!!]

We'll here i'll post some pics and ofcourse i'll need some tips from some of the best. I want to start photographing pretty serious but i don't know almost nothing about it

I think you could get some decent shots from the floor. That is, point your camera to the sky, up the side of one of the towers or stand back a bit and get a small skyline effect. Maybe even nighttime shots of loads of the tower blocks in a row. Just some thoughts...
