This wouldnt be impossible but just very unlikley to be done.

 

It isnt just a texture mod you actually need to be edit the car in zmodeler so it can support a vinyl also you would need to be able to map the car out so u can get a texture template to work on.

 

But like i said NOT IMPOSSIBLE BUT VERY IMPROBABLE!
