Big Problem :(

There is this big problem, is that everytime I play the game, go inside a garage, dealer, clothes shop, etc. everything starts to flicker and disappear and does weird things, right after I put a mod(Sound mod) I tried removing the mod, uninstalling the game and even trying it again with all the mods removed, any help?

Here are some of the problems

 

People in the dealer are all black

 

some stuff won't show

 

When I was test driving the CLK DTM, some weird stuff was behind it O.O (Looked like Benz Logo's)

 

The Brakes and Exhaust of the Ferrari 308 are all Purple(not sure about other cars)

Well my laptop did say there are some updates...

Tried everything, even using a new savefile, my laptop even crashed and I recovered it back, still doesn't work :( something wrong with files or CD
