Can't race with magicmap??!

I have the "new road v.3" and a few sound mod installed. And all the races are gone. All the locations are still where they should be, but when I highlight one or move the mouse over one to race then there is just a grey screen and no race info.

 

It worked fine without the mods bytheway.

 

Can you help me?

 

I tried a few thing and it is the magic map that is the problem.

 

Have tried all three magic maps, but still the same problem:(

Do you own a legal copy of the game and play with the disc in the drive?
