It's been requested before but in a rather ambiguously titled thread/post...

Said post did get a rather sarcastic (?) sounding response from modgod tool831 (anxiously awaiting your WIP Supra btw tool :thumbsup:) but I'm still not clear on one thing:

is it impossible to mod the bikes, or are the guys like tool and reaper just so disinterested in bikes that they are unwilling to make such a mod? :confused:

Considering I've been unable to find a bike mod ANYWHERE, a simple honest yes or no answer is all I ask thanx

yes, bike mods can be made

no, Tool or reaper probably won't do one as they're more into cars.

 

either way, consistent requests of the same thing don't bode well into the community of TDU:C.

 

You're more than welcome to find a complete model, post a link (make sure the model is free, and NOT illegal) and then post a request with the link (as modders like to keep things as simple as possible)

I do understand the multiple requests bit and I'm not trying to cause any trouble, like I said I just wanted a straight answer.

Now that I've got one, I'll just have to keep my eyes peeled for such a mod in the future, or try my hand at doing one myself.

BTW, wouldn't converting a car such as the Supra from J2HIN that tool did recently be considered "illegal" unless he had permission from both THQ and Toyota, as the car license belongs to Toyota and the model belongs to THQ? :confused:

Don't quote me on this, but I believe once THQ/the model creator has the license for the car in question, it's theirs.

 

Modding games is on the borderline of theft (as we're not paying for the models, yet people buy the games they come from) It's a touch and go subject, I'm afriad. You'll have to wait for the bruce almighty Diablo to have his say
