Say's Granturimo Developer.... Kazunori yamauchi in a recent interview...The cat is out of the bag now but Can he back it up with fact's?

So why not now.... Say's me. Jarod forney.

What do you all think about this, this statement has basically sturred up one hell of a realease date rumor mill from major sites.

Let's speculate.

My take on this is, They are done, And are polishing up the game, You know getting the bug's and glitches out. Which for me seem's fine and dandy, What's the point of driving on nurburgring when your just gonna fall through the ground..

Gran Turismo devs take notes on Forza 3

"Gran Turismo has been considered the de facto racing sim for over 10 years on the Sony platforms. Representing the best selling Sony franchise, Gran Turismo 5 is one of the most highly anticipated PS3 exclusives due out. It seems, however, that the latest iteration of the rival XBox franchise, Forza 3, has piqued Polyphony's interest. The Japanese developer was caught by Turn 10 Studios at last week's E3 conference, studying Forza 3. Apparently they took notes on the game, the user interface, and even talked technical with the Turn 10 team.

Now, while it's up for debate which franchise is the better one, Forza 3 definitely does some things that Gran Turismo just doesn't. Who said competition didn't have it's benefits?

Gran Turismo is a racing simulator developed internally by Sony's Polyphony Digital team. The game is currently penciled in for a 2009 release, exclusively on the PS3."
