Theres no reason for it to be removed..... jailbreaking is 100% legal and the apps are available on cydia...

Jailbreaking is legal, cracked apps are not. Regardless, I'm quite enjoying the BeYouriPhone repo ;)

Jailbreaking is fine, but BeYouriPhone and Sinful are both illegal repos.
