Dowload Tab in trade window

how do i activate taht download tab ? i click it and says nothing at all, then there are alot of racers and when i move my mouse over them some have "Car not downloaded", would like to know how to atleast be able to use the download button

The download button has never worked and there is no way to, I'm not sure why though, but i'm sure someone else has the answer to that.

but how is taht do other people see my mods ? or is taht only for me ?

That's just you. Other people will only see what car you mod is based on.

 

So if you put a BMW mod in the game, on your screen you will see the BMW and on their screen they will see whatever car you replaced with the BMW.
