Where is Forza tuner in PC version?

Hi guys. I have difficulty in finding Forza tuner in PC version. Where is the place I can upgrade Ferrari? I looked in north of VW dealer, where it should be, but it wasn't there.

It's very close to the Lamborghini Showroom. Look to the east of it and you should find it.

It's to the WEST of the lambo dealership (See that tiny bit of road on the left in your picture?) Just below the "Key Locations" area. It's just there :)

I found it! Thanks for help. It's in a so open space but yet so hard to find. :D
