Performance Tweaks

I am running on an AMD Athlon XP 3200+ 2.2Ghz

1GB PC2700

Radeon X800XL 256mb

 

My game is choppy in the city and at random times. Would like to know any performance tweaks that i can do, and if any 1 knows i can cant take the wind out of the game or if they know where i can download that file. Appreciate any help. Thanks

Yes you can take the wind out of the game, and apparently that saves some strain on the CPU. Go to Euro/Bnk/FX/ and open FX.ini. In there, set all WINDSPEED entries to 0.

It tells me i cant save with that file. is there any way i can change it and be able to save it. or is there adownload anywhere
