Pre order cars

I saw videos of a guy playing on a PS3 and he was able to buy all the pre-order cars. He was a Polish player, but when I go on the PSN store they are not avaliable. Confused... (UK player on PS3)

When the PS3 version was released, there was an unintentional error in the store where the pre-order cars were available as DLC. The cars were removed from the store after the issue was discovered.

 

We'd like to make the pre-order cars available to all customers some time in the future, but as of right now there isn't a concrete plan to do so.
